i Just left the store trying to get two footlongs with my husband. we come to this specific subway (usually a bit later in the day when the older woman we like is working) every time we want subway. today, the girl doing the initial sandwich making was super attentive and was wearing gloves and toasted our sandwiches exactly like we wanted. and then it came to the guy on the line finishing the sandwiches, who was extremely negative for no reason, did not wash his hands (which i could see were not clean under his first pair of gloves for a different customer), and had a horrible attitude. he went to our sandiwches, put gloves on and ripped them, then tried again and ripped them and i said he ripped them again, which he ignored, so i said i didnt want anything else, so he took his gloves off and started like… throwing a fit? it was weird and totally uncalled for, so we left. might not come back to the subway again, but will absolutely never come in while he is working. i have worked in food service for YEARS and i have never thrown a fit over not contaminating peoples food. unbelievable.
Rude employees, sloppy sandwiches. The bread is always under baked and falls apart when you eat it. Needs better management and friendlier service
When I walked in I said Gotta Refresh to be fresh....Lol. Trying to be nice. The short lady NOT Latino is very rude and acts like she don't know what you mean by asking for the new Baha BEEF. She said we don't have any about 3 times before she finally said oh yeah that must be the roast beef an I said no, beef. So she finally said oh the steak an I said yeah it's BEEF !!! Really a smart axx an wouldn't recommend you going there. Also she said their is no new sandwich it's still steak an cheese and theres no new bread it's still JUST white an wheat....... She also threw my veggies on there an didn't even try to mash them down in the sandwich. When I opened it all the veggies was on the paper. Bad business. The Latino lady is much nicer.
The lady working last night was telling my wife and I how much she hates dealing with customers while we were being customers. She also barely put any toppings on our sandwiches and charged my wife for double meat but didn't give her double meat.
Nice place to eat. Good environment and the service is excellent.

Great people and good food
I agree that I only enjoys this location when certain people work. The short older woman who works here is great! Really makes the food great. The service I got today 4/21/21 around 12:30pm was delivered by 2 extremely rude people. One made 2 sandwiches and literally threw them together. Mumble so I could barely hear her ask questions. The other lady acted like she didn't know what I ordered. And was super sloppy as well. It's sad that you have to worry about who's on shift before you decide to get food.
