Bad day. The Subway only had flat bread and wraps.No cookiesNo teaThe store was almost hot. I assume because all 3 employees were outside at the opened rear door, also may explain flies were hovering over the sandwich making area.
DOES ANYONE KNOW THE OWNER OR DISTRICT MANAGER OF THE APD40 SUBWAY????? THIS FOLKS NEED SOME SERIOUS TRAINING ON EVERYTHING.. THEY'RE RUDE,AND MESSY SANDWICH"ARTIST"...I WORKED AT SUBWAY FOR 12YRS AND I WOULD NEVER HAVE LET ANY OF MY EMPLOYEES SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS THEY WAY I WITNESSED THIS CREW TODAY DOING....THEY NEED HELP!!!!!!!!! THEN THE EMPLOYEES JUST DRESS HOWEVER THEY WANT WITH SKIN(THAT SHOULDN'T BE) ALL SHOWING

We have lived in three states, and have always been big Subway fans. We don't eat meat, so we eat a lot of vegetables. This Subway is the worst one we have ever lived by. Not only is it frustrating when employees are out front smoking, they get our online orders wrong almost every time. Tonight due to my son's sports, we needed a quick meal so I ordered here. When I went in, she said hey we didn't have any olives and ran out of onions. I said my son gets three things on his sandwich. Last time you didn't have olives either, and we didn't know until we got home and opened his sub. She responded well it's not our fault. You can have a refund but you have to leave the sandwiches. I laughed and said I'll go buy olives. Little did I know how badly they made the subs. One sub had lettuce that wasn't supposed to. One sub didn't have spinach. The other didn't have tomatoes. And they were completely just thrown together. I was embarrassed for them. The world is short handed, but you can still have pride in what you are doing. My husband runs a restaurant and when they are low on items, they go buy them. And customer service goes a long way.
January 27, 2022About 1:30 p.m.Two words: ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! This subway has earned its final strike from my family. As I entered this establishment, a blonde lady with glasses was eating in the food prep area, a health code violation. She tells the other worker, who was seated, to serve my because she eating her lunch. Both of the ladies had their masks pulled down to their chins. The lady, "Mamaw P", who made my sandwich should NOT be working in the food service industry! Not only did she not have her mask on properly, she coughed in the direction of the food. She made no effort to even slightly cover her cough. Please note that I don't mind if people don't wear a mask, I just thought it was common practice to cover a cough. As she reached for each ingredient, her shirt would touch (or come close to touching) the sandwich. When she handed me the sandwich, she had sauce all over her gloves, which got all over the bag! After that, she sat back down. On top of this, she and the other girl were incredibly rude, acting as if my presence inconvenienced them. The lady who rung me up, the one eating her lunch in the food preparation area, wasn't even going to give me a receipt until I asked. The sandwich was messy with everything falling out. Prior to this experience, a sandwich was also poorly made. The service was just as poor as the sandwich, and the counters were filthy. Lesson learned: don't hesitate to walk-no, run out of this nasty place!
If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app. It went through, but when I got there the store was closed. It was also 8PM. It should not allow orders to go through and take out money if the store is closed. Definitely will not order from them again and definitely will make sure none of my friends/family do neither. Worst subway in town!!
It's always nice when you walk in the door to hear an employee scream we're out of bread like that's the only option available. They clearly did not want customers last night!
This place has seriously gone downhill. Missing major ingredients at lunch time, bread not cooked, seating area is dirty. We told them the bread looked doughy and uncooked, to which the employee responded, “its just fresh.” Manager wasn’t in the store. Couldn’t even finish eating the sandwich. Think this was my last visit to this subway.
Unbelievably poor quality. Bread is rock hard. They didn't even put the toppings inside the sandwiches $40 worth of inedible food. Re-think your staff, you can do much better. This is unacceptable. Two older ladies who couldn't be bothered to even try. 10/25/21 @ 19:20 EST
I really enjoyed being able to eat inside. But they're always out of herb and cheese bread
