Ordered online to make things quicker … wrong. App said it was ready … wrong. Empty restaurant but she waited until I arrived to begin the order and then kept asking me what I wanted on them. Really really slow.
Just stopped by and got the best sub I've had in months. The staff was very friendly the store was clean and had a good atmosphere. This store should be the training grounds for the other subways in Cleveland!
Giving one is generous the older lady sure wearing gloves but after making two other customers subs and then ringing up their order and handling money wants to make our subs. She was told to change gloves then had attitude about it I then order black forest ham and said double meat she said it comes with 12 slices already which has never got before. I said we'll double anyway she got more of attitude. After I get the other girl to make our subs she helps another customer which she puts on wrong dressings wasn't happy. Then she went in the back to fill mayo bottles after coming back out she puts them in fridge section then starts making a woman's meatball sub no gloves touches the bread and then puts grabs the cheese and starts to put it on when she said oh I have no gloves but threw the cheese back in the container and then puts on gloves I would say she put the same cheese back on not sure. All and said the place is not the way it use to be workers in the evening are not happy cross contamination everywhere I won't be coming back and telling everyone. Lettuce was old and food tasted frost bitten so not going back
This was my $10 protein bowl that isn't even half way full. This subway has slowly went downhill and it's the most convenient location to my work however I will drive out of my way to make sure I don't go back to this one.

Ordered my sandwich. The girl asked what I wanted on it I asked for tomatoes black olives onion salt/pepper and just a little bit of lite mayo and mustard. She literally gave me two olives and a strip of onion. I asked for additional olives and onions. She again only gave me one strip of onion and three olives. Then she proceeded to cover the sandwich in mustard and mayo. When I asked her to please take a knife and spread it and remove the excess.. she sighed out loud.. rolled her eyes , looked at the other girl and started to put the excess back on my sandwich until I stopped her. I did get my tomatoes. That's why they got one star! I going to start going to the one by Dunkin donuts on 25th. At least there I don't get the attitude.
The food was standard, if expensive. My complaint is that we are in the middle of the pandemic and the girl behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask! Not acceptable at a public restaurant.

Food was good, service was fast. My only complaint is nobody was wearing a mask. Personal preference.
