If I could have zero stars, that would be better. I made an online order yesterday for a large water with extra ice, wondering why it was so hard to suck through I just figured they did me right by it being mostly ice. A few hours later, I go to refill my ice and notice a wipe in the cup. The manager laughed at me, corporate offered me a coupon, I will never order from sonic again.
I ordered tonight thinking I would have the quality food and service. My meal was not good quality, the 5 piece chicken dinner had only 4 pieces that tasted like they had been cooked long before i ordered, i could tell bc they were cold on my 5 min drive home. My car hop server had long fake bedazzled nails which have to be against health regulations. years ago you couldn’t work with fake nails or even nail polish in this kind of place. i ordered a kids meal for my child and received and was charged for a medium drink. i wanted cherries on the side and they put only cherry stems INSIDE the drink. stems.. no cherries. Lazy people these days. eventually people stop going to places that they can’t trust will taste good or get what they want. seriously. also no fork for my chili cheese tots. poor quality order taking considering they aren’t listening or communicating the order to those preparing. I might be back but not for a long time. I tip every time no matter what but I won’t be back for a while, maybe some new staff will come along.

Cold chicken, stale fries and tots. Sweat tea had so much sugar the bottom of the cup was sludge from not being mixed. $25 for a 10 dollar meal. Avoid unless no other choice.
Stopped at the Cleveland store today at 3:40 for two large cherry limeades. Waited for 15 minutes to en checked on them. Was told they would be out as soon as possible. After another 10 minutes we left. 25 minutes and no drinks. Have usually had good service at this location when we come to town to visit. Won’t be back.
They were a lil slow at first takin order but the food was HOT & FRESH!! The carhop (Mykaela) was super nice and apologized about the wait!
Our food was made correctly and quickly! Everything tasted great and our server was kind!
