Food was decent.Someone decided to replace the toilet seat and didn't buy an elongated seat. After realizing their mistake they screwed it on anyway. How ridiculous. Absolutely disgusting.The waste basket is some short bin I've never seen. I'm only 5'8 and had to bend over to throw out the paper towel.When you see a bathroom like this, it's typically a pretty accurate indicator of the cleanliness of the kitchen and food handling.Additionally, the windows and glass doors appear to have never been washed in quite sometime, maybe two years.Is it really that hard to clean?I expect better. Be better.
Not my favorite place today.Usually when I'm dying of thirst and I'm near this sonic I will tough it out so i can have a cold drink real fastThis time howeverI bully my buddy into passing up the convenience store so I could go to sonic and two ocean waters took too long to find their way to our stall.Sonic is amazing as a wholeBut if enough individuals lose sight of customer serviceSonic wont be a place I stop anymoreI already wont go to the one on 25th street for this very reason.
I ordered a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese only, a double cheeseburger with mustard, pickle and cheese with a medium chili cheese tot and their online only yellow cake batter milk shake. I Got a small chili cheese tot when I was charged for the medium, My chicken sandwich had no bacon(which I paid extra for) but instead had a pile of onions which don't even come on the chicken sandwich as far as I'm aware. The double cheeseburger I got had no mustard or ketchup instead dun dun..ONIONS which I requested to take off when I made the order. The online only milkshake I order was just a plain vanilla milkshake which isn't even close to what i ordered. If I could give zero stars I would. It's not hard to the basic requirements of your job. EDIT: instead of compensating me for messing up the order, they gave me a voucher for two free chili dogs??? (not even close to what I ordered) wasn't till I went to redeem them and give them the benefit of the doubt that I realized I had to buy something else to even use them.
got a burger with a hair cooked into it… wasn’t too upset but called and was told i could get a free replacement… went back to get it and was questioned multiple times and then waited for 30 minutes and they never brought it. just bad customer service.

Placed an online order 10 minutes before arriving and then waited another 10 minutes for a cold incomplete order. After letting them know about my missing sandwich, I waited another 15 minutes before giving up and leaving. This use to be a good location, but not so much anymore...
If I could give negative stars I would. I did a online order and went through to pick it up and was handed a single patty melt when I ordered a double and I had to ask for my drinks after my drinks were finally handed to me I mentioned that I was supposed to have a double patty melt and he took it back in the window and it literally took them 15 minutes to put a extra piece of meat on the bread. Highly dissatisfied. Do better sonic you had 10 people working and maybe 5 customers there was no reason for the customers having to wait as long as they did for their orders because yall were in there bouncing around acting a fool not doing your jobs.
Only ordered a medium strawberry cheesecake shake and that was at 1:39 pm at 2:00 pm I’m still sitting here and don’t have it. It wasn’t a difficult order to make and no one will answer the intercom. Im baffled as to what is going on here???
10pm, I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for one medium order of cheesy tots. Got home and looked, and there were literally 8 sad tots. I get that you're understaffed, but that's not a reason to under serve paying customers.
Sonic is a place I can always depend on for consistency. Their hamburgers put McD to shame. I get what I order. They don't put cheese - which I do not eat - on everything & then "apologize" when they have to remake it. I love their chili dogs too. Chicken strips are real chicken! Not "parts is parts". Great fast food reasonably priced.
