Before I walked in the empty restaurant the person behind the counter, which I assumed was the owner screamed that I couldn't sit down because of covid 19. Im getting used to this so, I walked to the counter which doesn't have the menu posted to order and was ordered to stand ten feet from the counter. When I got my food I had ordered beef on a stick. What I got tasted off. I'm never setting foot in there again. She could have asked nicely and I would have complied she didn't have to be rude. Then, as I was ordering for three people she told me I was ordering too much food and asked me how many people I was feeding. I thought my spending habits and eating habits were my business. I said three people. She proceeded to ask me if they were children or adults. She is Rude.

I'm so done with Six Happiness in Cleveland. First we walk into a completely empty restaurant. Was told we couldn't sit at a certain table because it is for large groups. Yet no one is here. Then we change our mind about eating in a decide to take it home. She wouldn't take our order at the table, but we were told we had to order at the counter, yet we were the only ones here.. then she takes my card into the kitchen you yell or complain, or talk loudly about something. Most likely us . Once our order was ready she yelled your order is ready set it on counter and went back to kitchen .. I don't understand this was horrible service and might explain why we were there alone as customers. I refuse to go back I hope the next customer get better service.

I wish I could rate a -2 star but one star will do I suppose. Food taste was bad. My crab tasted like imitation crab meat and the shrimp didn't taste like shrimp and the lobster tasted like rubber. My wife's beef in her beef chow mien tasted like tofu and to beat it all the price was outrageous for 2. We paid $50 for 2 meals and nothing else. I can feed 5 for the same price at any other Asian restaurant in Cleveland.

The owner is rude as all get out. Even though the food is good. She wouldn't let me call in an order. She told me to order through the website. Well whoever programmed the website, trained dolphins could have done a better job. Our order came out to be 90 egg rolls and 8 orders of crab ragoons. My husband called me and was like, "this order is $90?" I was like absolutely not. So she proceeded to scream at him demanding he pay for a mistake that wasn't our fault. I would give negative stars if I could.

Don't waste your money here. The owner is rude to customers, screams at them and basically chases them away. The food is ok. New Dynasty is better. 0/10

I have always loved their food but you’re now paying $12+ for normal size entrée. If you want fried rice instead of white it’s now $14+!! Dinner doesn’t even come with soup or egg roll. Sadly It’s just not doable for us anymore. Can go to that hibachi place for the same price and get so much more food with a fun show/experience. Hate this had to change

This is my favorite restaurant to go to, carryout only right now but it's still great. The super hibachi, hibachi chicken, egg drop soup, and wonton soup are all great. Probably the best egg drop soup I've had.

It pains me to write this 1 Star review, but if I can stop one person from wasting their money then so be it. We have been LOYAL customers for 3 years. The prices have gone up. I understand that prices for everything have gone up, but what I don’t understand is why the PORTION size has gotten so small. You use to get the black rectangle containers with clear lids FULL of food. Now the entree has downsized to a small round container with barely anything in it. We substituted rice for noodles which cost an EXTRA $3 and the noodles were HALF full. I almost went up there! And to beat it all, the spring rolls are now the size of my pinky finger! That’s when I knew I had to leave an honest review with pictures. The food is nothing special! It taste just like every other Chinese restaurant! I think their practices are unethical. Maybe if you eat inside it’s different, but ordering over the phone and online is a waste of money.

I ordered general Tsos lunch special. Place was run down and not busy and I was a bit skeptical. The chicken was fresh and delicious. A bit too sweet for me. Broccoli could have been heated up more. Rice was defitnetly fresh and hot but they use cheap rice. Egg roll was the most surprising how good it was. Didn’t need any sauce. If they get better quality rice this place would be great. But not bad for lunch

Some things are better than others, but most everything tastes good. Be warned, the prices are higher than usual and the menu here is not updated. Figure $2 to $3 higher on the entrees.
