Food was plentiful but very cold. First and last time to order. Our family of 3 was disappointed.
My order was a rack of ribs, 20 wings half lemon pepper half bbq sauce, potato salad, and mac & cheese. The ribs are avg. they're fall off the bone tender with decent taste. Now the wings are by far the best you'll get. Cooked to perfection with the right amount of seasoning and sauces. If Shane's ever gets their ribs to same level as the wings the rest of the restaurants in Cleveland will have to shut down.
We ordered the 1/2 chicken with potato salad and baked beans. Also the bbq cheeseburger plate with fries.The food was horrible. Dry tuff chicken. beans not done. Potato salad not mixed. Burger. Burnt around edges not done in middle. Peach cobblerWell they screwed that up too.Worst food ever. And we only paid around 35.00 or so for this meal we threw away never again
As soon as we walked in we ordered and not 5 minutes later we were eating. It was pretty great. This visit definitely lived up to what I had hoped it would be...again. always a great choice.
I love Shane's! I eat here or at the Shane's in Ooltewah at least once a week. The salads seem to be a little on the small size compared to other Shane's, but I still love this place. Favorite burger - The Cowboy!WARNING: The exit door will give your arms a work-out! :)
I always enjoy the food here....but you guys really need to get off the 8pm closing time, it's too early. Play some 80s 90s rock or even something instrumental. HATE the country music, makes me not want to eat inside.

I got the chicken strips with fries and a drink the fries were cold and the chicken strips were so so small 2 b on each one that was two there wasn't very happy with it but I ate there once before a year ago and it was very good and everything was good and hot and the chicken nuggets that I got at that time we're like 8 or 10 of the nuggets on there which were very feeling so that's why I gave you a 3
Good place with delicious food! Usually I don't get chicken in BBQ places, but this time I give a try. And it was delicious! Chicken was fresh and juicy. Perfectly smoked! Absolutely recommend this place! People are nice. Atmosphere inside is ?!
