Spent the day white water rafting and found this little Gem of a drive in. The burgers were good. The portion size of the fries and onion rings were small (5 onion rings for $5) that was disappointing. Ordered the chicken Philly and while it was on of the best tasting it was very small as well. The star of the visit was the milk shake and the soft serve ice cream! All in all it was good and on a Sunday it was busy....but the 2 young ladies working car side did a fabulous job making sure everyone was waited on and in a timely manner. We also didn't wait long for our food which was piping hot!
Good food but slow service. Nearly 30 minutes before a car hop took our order. Obviously they were understaffed but that was still my experience. Car hood were friendly. Just needed a little more help. Date visited was 5/1/22. Just now getting a chance to review.
Food is incredibly over priced for what tastes meh at best.There's a McDonald's just down the road.Get way more bang for your buck there.Also seeing some of the replies to other reviews on here, the owner seems like a real jackass.
Haven't had a great experience here in a while. However the other night I pulled in about 5mins til closing and they flipped the lights off, I was in a smaller car and couldn't be seen. When the dude brought out there food he apologized for not seeing me and tool my order. It was fresh and hot.
The burger was good. The bun was toasted but mine was a little burnt. I paid extra for chilli but it didn't seem like they put enough on there to really charge for... I got a hot fuge shake but it was very syrupy tasting so I believe they just use extra chocolate syrup and it's not actually hot fudge. I inquired on if I could get a regular chocolate shake in its place since it's taste was a little off and I was denied. I sure hope being right was worth losing business. My dad and a bunch of our biker friends ride the same ride very often and our normal place was closed. This was a chance to make long time loyal customers who tip well and treat people good. I feel we will try somewhere different next time.
Well very disappointed with a order we placed. For 1 very small Hamburger 1 small Philly 4 orders of onion rings which each order on had 4 onion rings in it. The onion rings were over cooked too. Get this the bill was$33.28 they also charged 1.28 to use my debit card. The receipt did not have itemized items. I called cause from the online menu prices it was wrong. Manager insisted it was correct. I can eat along Horn cheaper and lots better food. Buyer beware!!!! Never again I grew up eating there but never ever again. They say support your local business. Try that and you get screwed. Never again. Oh and I tipped Cash.
Absolutely delicious!! I've enjoyed coming to shake shac for decades... plus!! YES, they are always packed with other patrons!!! YES, the wait, no matter how long, is well worth it! Stop in, enjoy a flash back to simpler days where service with a smile, always is followed with great food and fond memory!!
We love this place. It's a drive-thru with quick service and great shakes. We've never had anything but shakes, so cannot speak to the rest of the menu.
Fantastic burgers and so much more. I haven't found anything to complain about with their food or service. I do wish they were open more during the week but I get it. I love it and will keep going back.
Usually, great. But tonight/3/17, really not sure what happened? Paid for 2 12 oz. cups of chili and there was only 6 oz. per cup-half full?! Asked for crackers when we ordered and even after asking 2 more times with 2 different workers, never received a single pack of crackers. Very dissappointed.
