So apparently if you order delivery you still have to go up there in person. It's one thing to forget an item but to be completely ignored by the store since the stores phone was turned offline is what's completely unprofessional. The staff didn't care or even wanted to hear me out. Why pay for delivery fees if I still had to go up there.
I had to go get a receipt for my company for an order placed a little under a month ago. The staff and manager were INCREDIBLY helpful in getting the receipt I needed. 100% coming to get pizza here soon. Thanks guys!
Tried to order a pizza to our hotel room was told 35 to 40 minutes an hour later no pizza called them back was told it would be another 30 to 40 minutes tried to cancel and she hung up on us sure hope it doesn’t show up cause I’ll be throwing on there car
First let me say. I love Papa John's pizza. I order from the app. Tonight when I ordered I saw the new York style pizza it's 13.00. I ordered a pepperoni New York style. I ordered other things as well. 40.00 order! I called spoke to some lady that told me that I didn't order a pepperoni New York style. It was just cheese. This is not what I ordered. She didn't even try to make it right. How rude she was. You know I always heard customers always right, not in this case
The pizza tastes like nothing sauce has no favor or taste at all. Bread is like not even bread, it's like rubber. Nothing is crunchy on this pizza even slight burnt parts are flavorless. Cheese is void of taste as well. I honestly don't know what ingredients they think are better, this is lowest level. Do yourself a favor, save your money and buy a frozen.
I ordered extra peppers didn’t receive them then when I called to ask about it after pressing the manager button on the phone and it hanging up on me 5 times. I pressed the order button asked why I didn’t get my peppers and was then hung up on by the employee. Great customer service.
Always had good service from this location. Generally we get delivery but occasionally pick up if in town. Fast service, good food, friendly staff.
The woman working was very helpful and went above a Beyond. She brought my food out to the parking lot. Thats the best carry out ever
I went to place an order for delivery 20 minutes before close. They took card info and delivery address and then in the middle of the survey (not even seconds later) I get a called back from them. I finish the survey and call back. All of sudden our order is canceled and we can't get a hold of anybody.
Hadn't had Papa John's pizza in decades it was excellent not disappointing at all price was fair.
