I give this 5 ? review accompanied by a disappointment. This is my favorite and the place I stop most often for refreshment and visiting with friends during the early morning hours. That said, I regularly find the men's restroom is horribly dirty. It seems obvious that the previous night's closing crew did not do their job. In my opinion this is a management issue. I offer this with no anger. Just please keep the restroom clean. It's still my favorite early morning stop.
I hate to leave this review but feel I must tell what I saw. A friend and went here a few weeks ago and saw 2 roaches in the dining room. We told the manager and he said he would have it sprayed that night. There was tons of food under our table, pieces of bread laying on the carpet all around. It was nasty. Not the Panera of Cleveland it used to be. This was lunch so there shouldn't have been that much food and such under our table. If roaches were in the dining room I'd hate to see the kitchen. Please clean up your restaurant whomever owns this place!

Very good experience today. I do wish they'd add new sandwiches, but the Bacon Turkey Bravo is still very good. Oh, and the bakery...that's good stuff!
Seems to me people get hung up on the name...Panera..Starbucks... chipotles...oh we're so fancy...this location is dark dungy and dirty ..the bathroom is worse than most gas stations I've also unfortunately had to use. The urinal is so low to ground that pee splatters everywhere..so that the sticky floor that coats the entire restaurant and especially by drink area is most likely pee .oh but they're Panera bread so they get a pass...nasty.. never again..
I placed a large order to be delivered by door dash for my sister and brother in law in Cleveland. They had a death in the family this morning and when doordash cancelled the order the manager Willie was kind enough to drive it himself. Thanks for being there for us Willie?
Never has anything in stock EVER. They are constantly out of menu main items.
Got the free trial of coffee. It's a good deal if you're out and going by there anyway. I work from home so it's a special trip for me. I'll cancel at the end of the trial, but it's almost worth it for now.
I ordered a bagel pack online and I chose the option to slice and toast the bagels. This is my first time ordering this here. I get there and they are not toasted and one of the staff says it takes too long so they dont do it. That's ridiculous! And lazy! Also when I went inside the entire place was disgusting and nasty, visibly dirty everywhere. One of the other girls was nice enough to offer to toast them this one time, but not again.
This is a very well managed Panera. The food is always delicious. Also have the coffee subscription which is nice. They have good hot and iced coffee.
