I had the taramasu first, because I always eat desert first. I've never had it, but I savored every bite. The meal was delicious also. Our server was very friendly and prompt. Even though it was her first day she performed like a professional. Her name was a small explanation of my experience there. A "Blessing." So if you happen to have "Blessing" as a sever, consider yourself lucky and leave her a good tip.
Top notch service! Only came for the soup, salad, and bread sticks this time and some cocktails of course, but the service did not lack.Food came out hott and speedy. Our drinks were never empty, nor was the soup or salad bowls.Great experience as always, thank you and see you next time!
Great server & lunch of bottomless soup & salad on a recent trip through Cleveland, TN. Left my treasured Smoky Mountain Model A Club hat in the booth. They not only retrieved it but the general manager, John McKenzie, personally delivered it 70 miles to my home.... it was in the mail box on my return.... speaks volumes about this Olive Garden and their staff.Good food delivering great personal service.
Went here for lunch last week. We were pleasantly surprised at how quick the server came with our soups and salad. In the past we have been brought one partially filled salad bowl for a table of four, but this visit we were brought two full bowls of salad and two baskets of bread for the four of us! First time we have not had to ask and wait for more salad. We will be back soon!
I patronize this restaurant on regular bases.The food and service is allways excellent. Over the last 3 weeks this manager has been rude ,when I've picked up to go orders. Today I asked her name it was Cali. Her attitude, I feel doesn't represent good customer service. Ty
Great food, very friendly staff. Inside nice, bright enough, and clean. After COVID, dark restaurants are a no. Loved it here.
Great service, all of our interactions with the waiting staff were excellent. Manager came by to check on us as well. Extremely friendly to our toddler. Food was great as always, cocktails were very well prepared.
My softball team and I (a large party of 19) came in to eat after our game, and Matthew was the best server! He took care of our every needs! We never ran out of bread sticks, salads or drinks. And he even hooked us up with some mints after! Mathew needs a raise !!!!
Came in late. Had a very young friendly waitress. Right after we were sat a group of servers and server friends sat at the booth directly behind us. Loud, young, gossipy and rambunctious. Ruined our quiet meal. She then brought us a half halfass salad (scraps) and one of breadsticks legit had mold on it. (Guess these come packaged). Our actual food, 2 tours of Italy was delicious. It was just the inconsiderate server table that she kept getting distracted by that got to us. She left us 20 min without checking on us, we had to tell one of the kids at the server table that we needed our check.
It was a great place to meet friends. Fortunately, it was not very crowded and our server was very attentive and patient with our interest in doing more talking/visiting rather than eating. Pleasant time and a good location as we were only 30 minutes from home. I do like the $5 option to take home another meal
