Went here to eat lunch with my parents. We were on two separate tickets. Though the food was alright they overcharge and up charge for EVERYTHING which is ridiculous! They charged us 8 bucks due to wanting queso sauce on our food, they charged me twice for my drink and claimed we ordered a Dr pepper for our 4 year old when we didn't. They charged a tip since our party was 6 ppl. ONCE AGAIN we were on separate tickets! My poor parents ended up paying 56 bucks for cheese enchiladas... off the lunch menu! And we had to pay 66.00 after my husband fought the ticket because of them adding things we never ordered. It would have been a weekly Sunday lunch restaurant for us but the customer service was trash and they literally are stealing from people... they also never mentioned anything is an up charge.... I never leave reviews but.... DON'T GO HERE! Disgusting! If it were up to me I would have walked out and wouldn't have given these crooks a dang dime! 0 stars! Never again. I plan on spreading the word to everyone....
I’m not one to write reviews, even if it’s bad service. But tonight was just awful. We’ve been here before and the service was mediocre. This time it took around 10 mins for them to come to our table and get our drink orders. By then we already knew what we wanted and just did the whole order then! It took so long for our order to come out. My guacamole dip was so small and they charged $6 for it and it was frozen when I got it. My kids burgers were burnt to a crisp. Our food felt like it had been sitting there for a while before being brought to us. All I can say is we are never going back and do not recommend anyone going there as well. There are a lot of good options in Cleveland. I have never felt more like a Karen than I do now… but lord help me that was bad.
Service was terrible, appetizers was served still frozen, had to track our waitress down to get a refill and our food which upon arrival was not only burnt to a crisp but also cold so you can imagine how long our wait was. I could understand more if they was busy but we are one of the only 2 tables here and when I found my waitress her and the other 2 was camped out at the counter talking instead of serving their customers…..run away there are way better options in town then this one
This place is the worst service ever. I never got my food because the waitress does not know English is what I was told. The manager dropped a basket of chips on my baby then proceeded to laugh as he got choked. The young girl working there then proceeded to say we can pay for our food we never even received. If you want good service/food don’t come here!
Don't let the sign fool ya. Business is not open at 11 but about 11:15ish. After waiting for the doors to unlock I am now standing in the lobby with noone even acknowledging that I'm standing here. Honestly don't think their chunky Salsa is worth it
This place is absolutely horrible overcharged and had to fight for the correct prices on the menu. I’ve never tried to charge my child for one small bowl of rice eight dollars when they’re normally $2.75 also added on a $15 tip although we had to get up and ask for our drinks because they forgot and ask for our ticket because we were forgotten and ask for to go trays because we were forgotten this place is customer service is absolutely disgusting not worth it don’t waste your time
terrible service by far worst management and if you do decide to ignore my review and go there please make sure you check your receipts because they like to charge people for things they did not order

Love the salsa. This is where I go for Mexican food. The staff is always friendly and very helpful
The food was very salty. The server was very nice but the shrimp and tilapia was a huge disappointment. And the skillet foe the fajita combo was so hot it ended up charring the food making it inedible.
