I Went In With A Coupon In A Small Booklet I Picked Up On The Service Center Counter At Food City. It Was Suppose 2 B 2 Margaritas For $6.00. The Manager Would Not Honor It & Said It Was An Old Coupon. I Showed Him The Current Date On The Coupon & The Current Date Of The Booklet & He Still Refused 2 Honor It So I Turned Around & Left.???
Always good, always busy, obviously a favorite for us locals. Being 500 feet from my house it ranks in my top 5 for Cleveland.
Terrible service. Waitress came back to our table one time. Menu prices aren’t consistent with what they actually charge you. Also I paid an extra fee to get take out food. Defiantly won’t be back to this location.
El Cazador is the best Mexican restaurant in town this place overcharges .

Fantastic chips! Hot salsa. I got the Burrito La Parillo steak - soooo good for first meal after Thanksgiving!!!
Usually I enjoy the food here. Last night was ridiculous. I ate there & the Pollo Loco serving size had decreased extremely. Then Ordered the Pollo a la Mexicana – $12.25 to go & an extra order of Chicken - $5.99 to go. It was mostly vegetable, rice & beans, not even enough chicken for a normal size order. Didn't get the extra chicken I ordered at all. Immediately called them when I got home repeatedly but no answer because it was 10:04. Complete waste of money.
Honestly when it comes to Mexican food in Cleveland this is one of the more expensive planes to go. With that said you get what you pay for.
