Always a great experience. Brought a pic of a mixed drink with ingredients, the bar didn't have one of the ingredients but did their best and it was delicious. The food was delicious... 1/2 rack Ribs for him, steak with soup and salad for me and pizza for the kiddo. There was so much food we took tons home. And the rolls just kept comin! The waitress was great. Wish I had gotten her name.
They deserve no stars. We have eaten here (Cleveland, TN location) many times via FYBU delivery and have had great food. That isn’t the case tonight, 5/5/22. My steak is over-cooked, but that isn’t a big concern for me. The concern is that I’ve eaten disgusting, filthy bugs. My cup of condiments for my loaded baked potato or the baked potato itself had a roach in it. I won’t be eating their food again! Get an exterminator out there, because you definitely need it.
Had a wonderful experience tonight, first time here ever, was seated right away. Food was amazing and quick. The sirloin steak was wonderful and the chicken strips were even better. Ivan at the bar was my server and he was very attentive and on top of all of my needs even though he was busy. Perfect customer service, fast, and very friendly. Couldn't of asked for a better first time here, will definitely be back! That Ivan deserves a raise. :)
I have always enjoyed O’Charley’s but this delivery was very disappointing. Time/preparation was very fast but the Filet was ordered Medium Rare and what I received was Medium Well. Very chewy due to over cooking, the potato and salad were fine but the steak was ruined. We ordered a brownie for two and it was delivered with no ice cream or chocolate/caramel sauce. I will know better for next time.
The best O‘Charley’s we have ever had. We got appetizers, our meal, and dessert. Food was great, but our serve was even better. Daniel was top notch one of the best servers we have ever had. He made our entire experience incredible. We never had to ask for anything- he was always right there and very attentive to everything. Very polite and respectful. 10/10 would come back and ask for him as our server!
We just wanted to say that our server Daniel was AMAZING tonight! He was so friendly, attentive, and polite. We ordered appetizers, meals, and desserts and everything was perfect. Our drinks were also never empty! As a former server, I was VERY impressed. He has such a positive attitude and our visit was very enjoyable, all thanks to Daniel! Please give him the credit he deserves! :)
Good food. Service was very slow and it was almost empty when we came in. Not sure why it was slow getting food.
I love Kim at the bar. She is the best. Won’t find a better bartender/server anywhere.
Husband and I had lunch in Cleveland, TN. Food was great! Large portions and Preston was an excellent server!!! Thanks for taking such good care of us Preston!!
LOUD! Music was turned up extremely LOUD. Our table had a burger and a bbq chicken sandwich. The burger was ordered medium but was served medium-rare. If we had sent the burger back, we were certain it would have come back well done. The chicken sandwich was okay, but the Carolina Gold BBQ sauce wasn’t that great. This restaurant needs more grilled chicken dishes. The sandwich was the only chicken that wasn’t fried. Oh, did I mention it was very LOUD?
