Says 24 hours, but this is the third time we've gone to this location (at different times) & it's been closed.Update: 3 months later & they still say 24 hours, but are NEVER open 24 hours.Hey McDonald's, how about you pay your employees more, & you could actually staff your store.
First time fries came out unedible, cold and gross. So i ask the cashier if i could get fresh fries. He talked to the supervisor and after a minute she brought me fries fresh out of the frier soaked in oil and this time undercooked. I again just threw them away and cut my losses and walked out before i ended up poisoned. Fast food has never really promoted quality but lately its just the worst. Just another reason i needed to not spend money at McDonald's for the next few months untill i forget how awful thier food is and make this mistake again.
Yuck! Breakfast was cold & hard at 830am. Burritos were just folded over with everything spilled out! Bigger disappointment $6 large hot Carmel mocha was just plain coffee & taste burnt and cold!! Thank you for taking my money n giving me garbage!! Save your money and just go somewhere else!! ***ADD-ON the lady taking the money refused to STAND from her seat to reach my money or hand me my change. Dropping my coin change in the drive thru. I had to go in to park and climb out my window & she just sat there!!
This location and the Ooltewah McDonalds location is constantly shutdown or drive thru closed because they don't have enough employees to run properly. That is a reflection of the business owners. I am a hiring manager at a local factory in Cleveland and we adjusted pay to reflect what the locals needed and we do not have staffing issues since the adjustment in the middle of the pandemic.One of my recent visits to this location I ordered a basket of fries. All my fries were uncooked. I actually had to take it home and deep fry it for 3 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous. My very last visit the drive thru was closed and it took 10 minutes to get a single burger and single fry order.McDonalds franchise owner: Pay your employees a liveable wage.
Rude folks working the drive thru. They also clearly don't care about time limits cause just to place our order we had to sit and wait to be helped for over 20 minutes.
Best meal I’ve had in years... Not! The lady at the register was tweaked out of her mind. She messed up all 3 of my friends orders. Charged us too much and didn’t even give us all of our food that we ordered (and got wrongly charged for). They have the lobbying closed for covid. But that’s not what I’m committing on. The woman was changing the trash in the lobby then comes over and wants to take my order with out washing her hands first. And they want to keep you safe from getting sick really
I visit this truck stop often. The employees at this McDonald's are consistently untrained, rude, unhappy and could care less about customer service. Don't ask for a straw when they hand your cup so you can self service a fountain drink. You'll rudely be told "it'll be in your bag". So while you wait for your food , no straw for you! Just hold your drink.
This McDonald's needs help. Waited an hour for food then they had to remake it (they said) then we got the food and it still wasn't right. Several people had the same issues. While I understand things happen, but not every single order. We didn't dare go back in as we have to be back on the road and they didn't seem to care about the other people who did come back in to complain.
Terrible customer service! Lady behind the counter was sitting on her tail not doing anything !!! STEER CLEAR OF THIS MCDONALDS If they can’t get the help to run this location CLOSE the store !!!!!!!!! Waited over 25 mins for my food !!
