Well, the only reason they only got 4 stars is because my first order wasn’t as good as the replacement order. I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the chicken was over cooked. However, once I spoke to the lady Laurie and explained everything they came through without an issue. Love their Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and don’t want any from any other place but CONSISTENCY CURES THE CURIOUS CUSTOMER…..
Decent drive through time and food was decent as well.

Best McDonald’s in Cleveland the food is always hot and fresh the management is awesome and they are fast never have had a bad experience here
Very fast service good food and nice people at the window not sure if you can even dine in yet or not but the drive-thru is very quick.
Not a huge McDonald's fan based off them being historically slow and screwing up my orders, but this location has managed to rise above that standard. Clean, quick and their employees clear, patient communication help move things along.
Went to eat in, dining room closed due to lack of employees. Service to carryout food was good, We had zero issues with service or food. It's just these times we live in, can't eat out anymore
I literally pulled in at 8:55 PM tonight and didn't drive away with my food until 9:18 PM. The guy at the window dropped my change on the ground. I had to open my door and pick the change up. After he handed me my order, I simply asked for 2 apple pies for the long wait and inconvenience. He said he couldn't. I called the number on my way home and got someone named Billy. Billy said there was nothing that could be done about the long wait but hoped we enjoyed our food. I explained about my small request for 2 apple pies for the 20+ minutes waiting period in the drive thru line. He said nothing could be done. My family and I will NOT be back to this location. Awful customer service and very unprofessional.
They weren’t even busy and the line was moving slowwww!! Then we asked for fresh fries and they were far from it. This is a sad excuse of a McDonald’s ??, there’s always something wrong at this store
