If you go inside you have to use a card and order through the kiosk. That is the way it is. Please do not chew out the employees for a corporate decision or threaten to take your business elsewhere. It is not in their control and it is just rude. The employees are working hard and are giving good customer care in all situations even like the one mentioned above. Please be kind.
They seemed to be having difficulty yeaterday in the order taking. I don't know if it was the equipment or employee related. However, the one female employee laughed almost uncontrollably every time she spoke. It was weird. It took quite a while to place our order and they kept asking us to wait even in between ordering each meal. The employee at the pick up window was awesome...friendly, efficient and kind.
Guy with headset, looked like a shift mgr, starts swearing and throwing fits because the drive-thru is busy. He storms to the back saying "I'm gonna go out there & tell them to stop blowing up my G** D*** speaker". Came back to the front and throws the headset on the back counter. I had 2 young children with me eating & there were other adults & children inside as well.
If I could leave less, I would. We came here today with our children. I have never been to an establishment with such a rude staff. It’s kiosk order only, which doesn’t even really make sense and I saw someone try to ask for help with it on 3 occasions and was completely dismissed and ignored. Another staff member yelled at someone that tried to walk to the front. It wasn’t even busy, so why the people working felt the need to treat anyone walking in like they either didn’t exist or were making their day miserable I don’t understand. A man was literally nearly face to face with one staff saying excuse me and she just turned and walked away. I don’t expect chick fil a happy from McDonald’s but it’s not necessary to be so incredibly rude to every single person that enters.
I waited in line for 45 minutes. Once I got my food it was cold, my 1/2 sweet 1/2 unsweet tea was just sweet, one of my burgers was missing, and all 3 fries were the wrong size. The customer service was mediocre at best. Being someone that worked in a drive thru for a long while, I rarely post bad reviews, but this was just an absolutely awful experience.
This was the best Mcdonald’s breakfast experience we have ever had. Hash browns were PERFECT. Mcmuffins were PERFECT. Sweet tea was PERFECT. Drive thru moved very quickly. Loved it here
Went thru drive thru to order 2 happy meals one with cheese no onions with drinks( one with an upgrade to a med drink) 2 hamburgers, small fries and to use my reward code for a free drink any size and a cup of water. My grandbaby said , you better have them read your order back before you pay. So I got to the window and AS USUAL, the order was wrong. I told them that the sprite was to be a FREE with my reward.. Took three different people to “correct” it- BUT I WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE DRINK, didnt give me a free drink even though they used my reward and when the granbabies opened their meals the apples were expired. I have worked at McDonalds on a military base, which is 10 times busier that a store that has reopened from covid and there is NO EXCUSE for poor service and expired food. Incompetency is what this is. Doesnt take a rocket scientist to work fast food! I DO. IT RECOMMEND THIS MCDONALDS TO ANYONE… drive to the next town!
I'm giving 1 a 5. Star not because the foods better , I mean heck it's McDonald's, but because the people are always friendly and always have had my orders right!
It's McDonald's what can I say? Well it seems like most of the employees actually care. They forget things on my order which is typical for McDonald's......ice cream machine is forever broken. It's a law of nature. So it is. So it's always been
No hamburger in a happy meal. It's laughable to have your kid open Thier hamburger happy meal and say " there's no hamburger?!?" Someone is slacking here if you forget the main thing in a happy meal. I wish they would have forgotten the toy vs the food. Not worth the trouble of going back and making a stink over a missing burger. I just gave my burger to my daughter and cut my losses. Your better off going to a different McDonald's location in town.
