My wife has an eating disorder and this place was so accommodating to her needs. The 1 in Pigeon Forge needs to learn their customer service from this restaurant. These people here are awesome!!
Food was great. Nice place. Just a slight complaint that we couldn't understand the guy taking our order. Being the person taking the orders is the only person the customer comes into contact with you would think that person would be easy to communicate with. They are the face of your company. We will be back so this hasn't ruined it for us. Again food was really good.
I have eaten there twice and was not impressed either time. Last time was a little worse than first visit. Food and service should of been much better considering it's a high end Deli!
I have ordered from McAlister's Deli in Cleveland, Tennessee both personally and for catering for my employer (Wacker Polysilicon) and for the most part have been pleased with the outcome. However, I ordered a potato bar on 4/26/22 and was extremely disappointed. While the potatoes were huge, cooked very well and arrived hot, they really skimped on their toppings. I paid extra for the meat toppings (ham, turkey and bacon) as well as the jalapenos and they did not provide enough to go around. The lunch was for 10 men and they should have sent more than double the quantity of toppings they sent. I will not be ordering this from them again and will let my co-workers know as well.

I travel all the time for work and it’s hard to find fresh and healthy food. The chicken and pecan berry salad was great. Real spinach, strawberries and blueberry’s plus the Turkey and guacamole sandwich hit the spot. Had a brownie too. Gotta treat yourself right when you eat on the road.
Food taste: 5. Customer service: 2. Efficiency of service: 1. Price: 2. Food is great. Almost no customer service. Unfriendly. Un-Informative (ask your names them disappear for 5 min. Saw them making drinks for someone else, then come back and ask for your names again - happened 4 times). No napkins. No silverware to eat fruit cup with. Didn't give me my entire order. Hardly speaks. If you order ahead of time, have a designated spot to take the customer their food and not wait in line with those who didn't order online. 30 min in line to get order (and I ordered 30 min before that - 1 hour total). For the price, service should be amazing-it's far from it . Disappointing; because, the food is delicious.
Solid spot! The salad and French dip are definitely worth trying.
I ordered their signature item "The McAllister Club sandwich" on white bread. For my side item I chose the side salad, which is listed under the sides menu but...you have to pay extra to get it! (And if your favorite dressing is blue cheese....forget about it! They don't carry it. Now, you would think a club would have layers right? Nope! What I got was a ham and turkey sandwich with mostly turkey, with one slice of cheddar and one slice of white cheese. The bacon that came on the sandwich was that microwavable bacon that is precooked. Very,Very, thin, I think Oscar Mayer makes a version of that kind of bacon.I had to pull it off my sandwich because it was so fatty and under cooked you couldn't bite through it. The lettuce that is used is not lettuce, it's called "spring mix". So when I asked what that was, the lady told me it was what they use to make their salads with. So I declined to have that on my sandwich. This was the worst club sandwich and side salad I ever had. But, after paying over$15 for it I ate as much as I could. But, I will have to put it in the books to KEEP DRIVING WHEN YOU SEE A MCALLISTER SIGN IN THE FUTURE AND I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE.
I go there often. I usually swing by and get a sandwich to take home. Everything I've had is Delightful and delicious. It's always fresh and I usually can eat twice on my to go box or share it. A great family experience. It a much classier place to dine comparing to the other sandwich restaurants.
