Don't get their wings. I paid $9 for six wings and the wings are the size of a miniature Snickers. A total freaking joke.
There was a wet shoe print on the lid of my pizza box. The manager said it was from the warehouse. Called corporate, someone called me back to issue a refund. Like I would ever eat Marco's again. I told him I wanted a follow-up call after they looked at the video. Heard nothing.
In all honesty I haven't been here in over 6 years because I used to eat here quite often and then it got to where they would always mess up my order or just completely forget to make it. I think their system is a little messed up(my pizza was done for 10 minutes and sat in the window with me standing there waiting). However in all fairness the pizza is really good, I really like the make your own build and the size options.
Pizza is hardly better than anything else around here. Not to mention that if you call in and a delivery guy answers they will charge you more than if you order in the store. Then they will not put your order in so you have to reorder at the store. Which they will tell you will take 15 minutes. Only to not have your pizza another 35 minutes later. Might as well buy a frozen pizza, cook it, and wait an hour if you want the so called authentic experience they are offering.
I ordered two cheezybreads with jalapeño ranch. Very fresh and very good! This was my first time ever eating at a Marcos Pizza and I will most definitely be back. The only complaint or issue was that I was awarded a few coupons on the app for making an account. One guy at this location attempted to help but really just said they can’t do in store coupons from the app. A manager overhead our conversation and she was able to fix it for me but she also said the app coupons are a little confusing. The first guy also told me to only use coupons for online orders. If customers are going to be given coupons I normally expect them to be honored in store. I prefer to pay in store instead of on the app when I order from restaurants. Other than that I recommend this location and was very pleased with the service and quality of food!
Delicious affordable and quick!! No complaints and everyone loved it. Had special instructions and they got them perfectly correct.

They have good pizza, and if for some reason your order is incorrect they are quick to fix it for you
I love the pizza bowl. Great lower carb option when you are craving a good pizza!
we've never had an issue with Marco's Pizza but tonight when we ordered Marco's Pizza or pizza was roll the pizza dough itself was raw we were only able to eat the toppings of it and had to throw away the rest of it I called them to let them know hi our pizza was raw and it was not cooked all the way and then I'm pregnant with triplets and I was highly upset and was crying they ended up redoing a pizza for me the exact same kind that I had and it sent it out for me and they were very friendly and apologize the whole time I am so appreciated that they was willing to remake another pizza for me that way I could eat it because I was craving Marco's Pizza Tonight and we love their pizza so if anyone's wondering about their pizzas yes I recommend their Pizza I never knew a pizza was that good until my husband introduced me to Marco's Pizza now that's the only pizza place we actually order from so I give him a 10 out of 10 because people are human ????
