It was OK. Just a hint for anyone that wants to be a host or hostess. If your customer is on crutches or in a wheelchair, do not pass empty tables to seat them near the restrooms. Yes there was clean and available tables we went past. I do not care if it is not the next person's section or not. Food was good. Too much seasoning on the ribeyes. Do not be embarrassed by the flavor of your steaks. Get the prime rib back.

Service was great! We visited this location while in town with family. We were there on a Sunday, which can be bad in a lot of ways. However, there was no wait. We were seated immediately, the server was very friendly and attentive. The food was TERRIFIC! It was my Grandson's birthday and I informed the waitress and she brought him a Sundae but went above and beyond when she also brought one for my Granddaughter so she wouldn't feel left out.

A few weeks ago I had dinner with my friend and husband and the service was par excellent. First, I ordered a steak and asked that it be well done, when I received it, it was not. The chef personally came over apologized, , re-did it and took it off the bill. I was not upset in any way, I only asked that it be cooked some more, I figured accidents do happened, but the courtesies that were extended were immaculate. That evening Long Horn Steak House of Cleveland, TN won me as a loyal customer. Btw, did I add how good the food was? It was definitely delicious. My only regret was that I took this long to post.

Always consistent and top quality. Start off with the Perfect Margarita and you will be happy! Pair it with the outlaw ribeye and you will be happy and stuffed!

We ate for Lunch. Our hostess was kind, and we were seated immediately. Our server was also kind and attentive. She checked up on us several times, and did not try to rush us. Our food was excellent. My wife and I both had the cheeseburgers, which were very good. Better than that (for me) was the french onion soup. It was the best that I've ever had. My wife also enjoyed her seafood chowder. The overall atmosphere was welcoming. The only negative was a guy near us refused to silence his phone. But, I don't know that the restaurant could do anything about that. We would eat there again!

Waited a hour to be seated at a table that had been reserved for a week! Hostess kept telling us they were getting table ready and nobody was there! After a hour, we asked what the problem was by then it was filling up and we just left and went to outback!

Food was excellent but service was terrible. Had to ask for refills numerous times. Ordered appetizers and only one was brought out. Waiter had forgotten the other one and by time received it was cold. Had to ask for bread several times. Didn't even get it til after appetizers were almost gone.

Food and service couldn't have been better, one of our best dining out experiences. Our server was entertaining and at same time very efficient.

Went here for 2nd time on 11/19/2021 around 1pm. The host obviously didn't want to be there. Our waiter was great at first but when done eating was nowhere to be seen for over 10 minutes. The food was great. Just a shame that apparently hard to find good employees that actually take pride in their jobs or care, which to me reflects on poor management which tolerates this.

We came for dinner after moving our stuff to storage. Our server Tony was fantastic! We got the chicken wings as an appetizer and they were crispy and moist. I got the ribeye and it was tender and very tasty. My hubby got Flo's filet and it was perfect.
