Country fried steak with gravy and potato skins appetizer are both always excellent choices. Had both of these twice in the last month and was very pleased. Cole slaw is good as well. Had the Logan (12 oz sirloin and asked for it medium to medium rare) last week and was the toughest steak I’ve had in a long time. Flavor wasn’t great either- very dry. Just kind of surprised me, being that it is a steakhouse. Someone else at my table got the six ounce sirloin that day and said it was extremely chewy as well. Will continue going here- just no more steaks.
I have ordered food from them two times now and both times it has been so awful it is almost not worthy of eating. I ordered a medium well steak and it is just barley brown on the outside, the center of the steak has never felt heat it is just as raw as it was while standing. I would not recommend nor will I ever eat there again!
The food was excellent. The service was disappointing. The layout of the floor really needs to be reworked for the guests who are seated. Every 2 minutes you have a group of people squeeze in between you and the next table because the serving window extends out so far. The bathroom smelled weird, even before I took my little one in to change her.
This is my first time at Logan’s. We had a small mens church fellowship meet here. I usually wont get a steak from anywhere but longhorn steakhouse but so glad I did. It was equally delicious. I should’ve took a pic of my 22oz porterhouse steak but I gobbled up before I thought about it! Everyone at the table loved their food. I will definitely be going back with my wife. I may have found another new favorite :)
I would like to give a big Thank you to the manager at Logans. He took time out of his busy schedule to call me.. That was very kind.. He was very sorry for my meal I received and made it up.. It was the same meal but this time time it was cook to perfection. The rolls was again amazing. Thank you Logan in Cleveland for taking care of your customers!!!I normally don't get to eat out much. Tonight we ordered and I'm very disappointed. My bf steak was very tough and couldn't eat it. My chopped steak was very hard to cut. The rolls were not even good. Sorta doughy not brown on top. Best thing was is the baked potato. Can't say I will be going back anytime soon.
I’m giving them a 3 because the food was good. The service not so much….. we were asked if we would like more rolls….never got them. I had a salad and had to wait a good 10 minutes to get the dressing. One girl forgot and the other took awhile to come back with it. I asked for a refill……sure, I’ll be right back. Never got it! I understand people have bad days and everyone makes mistakes…… but I have to say that’s the first time I’ve left a restaurant thirsty. Not saying I won’t go back. I’m just a little aggravated with my experience tonight.
will be our new go-to! food and service were great. the one year olds shared the macaroni with fries kids meal and loved it. it’s perfect for us.
Awful tonight. Waitress was forgetful, food was late and horrible. Hardly any meat on the loaded fries. Worse experience there. :(
Should've listened to the recent reviews..My sirloin is one of the toughest steaks I've ever had to attempt to chew, while tasting absolutely terrible/charred on top of it. I asked for a rare steak, and I receive it cooked medium... almost medium rare?At a steakhouse the best part of my food shouldn't be the sweet potato fries. I would rather eat an entire meal of those than finish my steak. I'm not sure what's going on here, but y'alls quality has dropped terribly.
My husband and I was there last night. The glasses were dirty, the floor is filthy, and to top it off a cockroach ? crawl on the table we were eating at. Nasty place to eat at.
