Rude and borderline arrogant management, poor food quality, and was treated very rudely on multiple occasions in regards to simple remake of food that looked unfit for human consumption. Times are hard, yes. But, what I’ve seen here as of recent is uncalled for. I do not recommend for any occasion.

DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE WRONG ORDER! Also do not expect to go by the hours because they close the store before closing time everyday. I ordered 1 pizza with 1 topping pineapple stuff crust and got a regular cheese pizza. I reached out to corporate to see if they cannot get this store under control. Neither of the other 2 in Cleveland are like this. Paul huff one needs new employees.
Super nice and super fast. Never had to wait more than 15 mins even when ordering lots of food

I like to know do y'all get pay to Stand Around everytime i come in there and ask for a Hot and ready Well guess what it's never ready and the pizza always looks like it's been sitting there all day do y'all do any work there at all?
I paid for a fresh hot pizza and instead got a lukewarm hard as a rock pizza and why don’t they have parmesan cheese packets?? What happened to the $5 dollar pizza? Now they had this ridiculous extra most bestest pizza BS so they can charge more.
Just thought I would give everyone a heads up. This Little Ceasars location is no longer open on Mondays. I don't know exactly how long this will last but for now it is. The sign on the door said they were doing this to better serve us....
Closed by 10:30pm AGAIN!!! This is getting to be ridiculous! Last Friday night we ordered at the counter and 33 minutes later we got cold soggy pizza. Lesson learned!
Horrible management, the quality of the product and service has continued to decline. Until a better manager who can and will provide a better pizza and customer service I will not spend my money with this location.
