Clicking no because I just seen a post where a cook spit in a pizza and the 20 year old manager told the customer who complained “get over it”… please shut down.
Horrible customer service and bad food quality on multiple occasions! I do not recommend eating here under any circumstances. Times are hard, yes. But, what I’ve witness and seen there as of recent is unacceptable!
My mizza came were half the cheese was in my box and not even on the pizza, it wasn't even cut, my toppings were stuck in the cheese that was stuck to the box as well instead of being on my pizza. And since I actually ordered thru a delivery service instead of them and I don't have the receipt they won't do anything about it. This is sad to treat a customer that has been ordering there for a long time and this was not the person who delivered the pizzas fault because Little Caesars didn't even take the time to cut my pizza for me good thing I have a pizza cutter. They lost my business today. Wish so badly that I could add the photos
Absolutely amazing service! There the best little ceasers in town. There service is incredibly fast. For a store to be ran by mainly teenagers,managers do great at keeping everyone in line especially when there busy. This place is constantly busy and has people lined through the door and the workers never fail to get the pizzas out as fast as they can. Remember these workers try as hard as they can no matter your uneeded opinion.
I don't post bad reviews but this was unacceptable. I made an online order went to the store and put my code in and the tray was empty. I could clearly see the pizza underneath my tray was actually the pizza. I told the employee and then they said that it wasn't and that it would be another 5/10 minutes wait. I waited and still no pizza. 1 pizza ordered an hour before and still not ready yet the entire warming racks packed full of pizza and the same type of pizza i had ordered ad somehow they couldn't make the same pizza that I had ordered. All they had to do was hand me a pizza that was ready and they wouldn't. I will never order online again and have already deleted the app. A single pizza that was all I ordered. I want a refund. This Location is amazing! They stay so busy but manage to get it right 99% of the time. They are human after all, so some mistakes can be made. If they do mess up on their end, they always try to make it right within their corporate guidelines. Amazing and friendly crew and outstanding management:)

Waited 30 plus minutes for 1 pepperoni, 1 meat lovers, 1 Supreme. Which i have no issue waiting since I'm local. But the food was cold by the time I got home. I live next to Walmart. I'll give them 4 for convenience
Stopped today got a lunch combo only for the middle to be raw wet dough not the first time its happened but for me its the last.
Total refund refusal. I've had countless issues with this location from wrong pizzas to uncooked. I've had several "most bestest" that was just the regular hot and ready one. This store pulles the bait and switch big time. The long hair assistant manager guy is the worst pizza maker in the world.
