I came in on a crazy Wednesday evening, it was lined out the door and the girl at the register was rocking it! She was kind, made sure to let everyone know there was a slight wait and was diligent in all she did. At one point a elderly man came in and was super confused about what he wanted/had ordered already and she was patient and kind to him throughout the whole ordeal, he even returned and she corrected it at no charge for him. She was professional and courteous in the midst of a mad rush. I believe her name is Mandy. Someone give her an award.
They can't get a three pizza order right called order in 30 minutes a head of time .order was wrong.they wanted me to wait 15 minutes to re cook them .I took 3 of the 5 pizza an left. All they have to do is write the order down cook it and pass it on!!! Right??? Go at on risk. Oh yeah most of them where on their phones right behind the counter. Oh well these fall on death ears ! Just good luck to you !!!
Was told it would be 15 minutes at the front and when I came back 15 minutes later I had to wait an additional 30 minutes before they finally got the order done and then being called sir on top of that really just made me sick to my stomach. I plan on driving farther out in the future to a Little Caesars that cares about its customers more. This wasn’t my first unpleasant experience at this exact store I just normally am not one to complain because at least one of the times I had a sweet person that came and apologized to me for how I was spoken to. But I don’t plan on visiting this one anymore and i wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time at this one either. Start with a realistic time that the pizza will be ready instead of giving someone false hope and taking thirty extra minutes after the first estimated time to be ready. Honestly the “sir” instead of “mam” comment was what bothered me enough to finally post a review. If the person is wearing a dress just assume she/her unless corrected. Today was already rough for me so this didn’t make it any better. Also this is what I was wearing today when I was called sir.
Pizza was good but it was a little slow getting it ready not to bad for a Friday afternoon
Past 3 times going to this one they have zero hot and ready pizzas. The one thing little Caesar’s has going for it. Save yourself the trip and just go to one of the other ones in town, they will have pizza.
Fine place to go for a quick bite to eat.
Everytime I go in I'm there at least 25min for 3 items!!
Burnt pizza, definitely had been in the warmee box for a longgggg time.
We waited 30 minutes for a simple cheese pizza. The store had several online orders of more than 10 pizzas and instead of prepping ahead of time, they made them last minute when the customers came in and did not bother to make anything for anyone else til they were done. The "manager" was a frazzled slow worker with poor customer service skills and no practical knowledge. One of the 3 employees just walked out. There were no pizzas in the "hot and ready" box which defeats the whole purpose of a Little Caesars. It would be faster to grind the flour, make the cheese, and cure the meat yourself than to come here.
Pizza smell good but taste like cardboard
