My son started there yesterday at 3pm. When he stopped responding to me at 11 pm I got a little worried. At midnight when I couldn't reach him I decided just to go to restaurant and wait on him in parking lot. When I got there there were no cars and I walked around building a few times trying to find an employee inside and saw none. After a few minutes I called 911 fearing the worst. when multiple officers responded we spotted someone in an orange shirt inside. the police knocked on doors and windows. She even looked at them and still did not come to door. Only after the officers used thier flashlights banging on window did she come to door. Police explained I had been here trying to find my son and worried something was wrong. She said she would get him and shut door and walked away . A few minutes later my son walks out sweating liking crazy and I am just glad he is Alive. Yet now we are at er because he was having a heat stroke a few moments after leaving kfc . He said they had no ac and he had spent past several hours from 10 pm to 1230 am scrubbing ovens by his self. I have worked in restaurants for 35 years and know how crazy some days can be. But never will it be okay that officers have to bang on windows to verify someone working there is alive and there is a need for 2 iv bags of fluid just to bring you back to a safe health. As there is more I am posting this info in hopes someone quickly checks to see what is happening in that store and saftey of employees. No mother should ever be crying her eyes out in a parking lot fearing the worst about their child only because whoever was in charge didn't want to be bothered. If I hadn't chose to go there and then involve police this could have ended alot worse.
As whole KFC is starting to get ridiculous in their pricing. ? it's almost the same price to go to a sit down restaurant and have a nice meal that it is to deal with them misscounting how many peices of chicken they were supposed to give you or the fact that their chicken tenders are nearly always a miss on size and count. Sometimes they are the right size and sometimes they are barely classified as a nugget. Again pricy for what you are getting.
Staff nice. Service great. Food was disgusting. Whoever approved the plant nuggets should be terminated immediately
Earlier to get there fresher food. It sits under heat light and gets hard and dry alter in day
Chicken is chicken is chicken, fried chicken, baked chicken, boiled chicken,broiled,chicken ,grilled chicken, they are the Forest Gump of chicken without the boat but it does offer a clean establishment to grab a leg or thigh..?

I called to pre-order a large amount of just chicken for a funeral. The person who answered the phone was rude and had no clue as to the options I would have to choose from. She asked if I’d like to speak to her manager, of course and thank you. She returned saying her manager didn’t have time to talk to me and to call back tomorrow. I know that things are bad out there with trying to get people to work, but what I don’t get is how and or why customer service or even human nature has become so rude and uncaring! Yes, I’m old school, I think respect is a must when dealing with the public , my job requires me dealing with the public and dealing with happy and traumatic situations, but never would I treat anyone with such rude attitudes! This KFC experience is not the only one, I’m not trying to be petty, I just want people to stop and think, be compassionate! All of us are just trying to do the best we can!
Ordered a family meal of 12 pieces with sides on 1/1/2021 7PM. Cost about $33+. Most of my family doesn't like wings or drums. Asked if they could just do thighs and breast but the lady said we couldn't. I wouldn't mind to have paid extra but she never gave that option. Unfortunately I'll be driving across town if I ever want KFC again. Terrible service.
My husband and I went back in November the 22nd,we went that night after I got off work,we went through the drive thru,when my husband was ordering our food,the girl who was taking our order had a nasty attitude,she kept rushing us to take our order and kept cutting him off and getting snippy with him,when we finally got up to the window it was the same girl who was also the cashier,by the way,her name is Miranda,she didn't even Crack a smile or even said hello,she just said the amount for our food,my husband gave her the money and she didn't even say a word,she just slammed the window shut,when the girl opened the window back up to return the change from the money,we asked for honey mustard and she said okay,as we was waiting for our food,I saw this other girl slamming our food on the counter top and was giving me a nasty look,and when the cashier gave us our food we asked if she put the honey mustard in the bag,she didn't say anything and slammed the window at us again,my husband honked the horn and didn't turn back she just kept walking,and I know she heard the horn,she just didn't care,and our food was terrible,I ordered the popcorn chicken and the fries,both was cold and rubbery,my husband's fries was cold and rubbery,and my mom ordered the 2 piece meal,her biscuit was hard and dry,it wasn't fresh at all,the staff was rude and the food sucked,it was a terrible experience at that kfc.
