The woman who took our order was very rude to my husband after waiting to get our food for about and hour my husband asked for a refund so we could leave she told him there’s other restaurants in Cleveland we can go to .really smart mouth way and while we was standing there she dropped a peice of chicken on the ground and she kicked with her foot and left it there in stead of picking it up and throwing it away plus there floors in the back was really nasty food and plastic folks all over the floor needless to say we will never go back to this kfc ever I don’t recommend this restaurant at all
Double check your order! Went via drive thru and ordered a 12 piece meal. Was told they were waiting on fresh chicken. They asked me to park and someone would bring it out. 10 minutes later we got out order. After getting home we discovered we were MISSING HALF OUR CHICKEN and what we did receive was most certainly NOT fresh! They were not busy so there is NO excuse!
Food could have been better but it was getting late and working in the food industry myself I looked past a lot of things because I am not perfect and I don't expect perfection but it could have been just a little better. Thank y'all for all you do
Please DO NOT eat from this KFC … ordered the food and the chicken was RAW when I bit into the meat … staff wasn’t friendly either … minus 10 stars

For the last 2 months I have came thru 3 times at 6 pm during the week to get the 10 piece family feast. Everytime I get 4 wings 2 to 3 drumsticks and 1 chicken breast and 2 thighs. They never put the right amount of chicken breast in the bucket. The chicken taste old and dried out. The cookies are never included in the meal. I have read the sign in the drive thru about being NICE to the employees because they are short staffed. I get it, I'm in the retail business as well. This isn't an issue of being NICE. it's an issue of not getting what is advertised. I have 3 kids, I work hard for my money and when we do eat out I expect to receive what is advertised.
The chicken livers were fresh and delicious at the cleveland location on hwy 11
The hand breaded chicken sandwich was fresh and overall delicious. It had just the right amount of juiciness to the sandwich!
January 19th, 2022 @ 5:45pm Drive thru wrapped around the building. Not going to lie, took what felt like forever to get through the line, BUT the staff was super nice and the food was awesome! Nice and hot! And the order was RIGHT! 10/10 recommend.
The girl running the drive thru was really rude. I placed my order an she wouldn't even give me time nor ask what side's I wanted with the 3 plates I ordered. Then get to the window an she said she didn't even hear my 3rd plate. Charged me almost 11.00 for a 3 piece tender with 2 side's. I will NEVER go back to this Kfc on keith st.
