Never again at Jimmy John's! I pull up at 8pm, the lights are on, people are eating inside so I assume I cab grab a sandwich and head home. A rude gentleman storms over and informs me they are closed. I said "you're open sign suggests otherwise". To make a long story short, he refused to serve me. No way I would ever treat a customer in this manner! Never again at Jimmy Johns!!
If zero stars could be given this location would have it. My sister-in-law was at the hospital giving birth to twins and hadn't eaten from 4am that morning until someone else delivered food about 8pm or later that same day. An order was placed about 7:15-7:20pm local time and not 10-15 minutes later a call was placed saying that they were "out of bread" and cancelled the order. The next day my mother-in-law had ordered from the same restaurant and found out that Jimmy John's had in fact NOT run out of bread, but in fact that the workers/teenagers were unwilling to deliver food to the hospital 30 minutes before closing and gave a terrible excuse as to why my family couldn't eat dinner that evening. If you're not going to deliver the order do not allow online orders to be placed close to closing time. It took another hour for food to be delivered from an alternate restaurant.
The app says the store closes at 9:00 PM. I ordered at 7:53 PM, thinking I had plenty of time. When my order hadn’t shown up by 8:30, I tried calling with no answer.I eventually found out that they close at 8:00, but that being said I still ordered before close. And apparently my order was voided because the employees didn’t want to fulfill it. My dinner was ruined thanks to laziness ??♀️??♀️
Terrible customer service all employees look like they hate their jobs ..Sandwich was also very bland..Its a shame because most Jimmy John's are great..Tried 2 times won't go back.

If I could give 0 stars to this location I would 1st of all I ordered two 6" ham an turkey sandwiches for my 6 an 8 years old daughters I understand they only have a ham sandwich or a turkey sandwich but if you purchase one of each can you not split it up between 2 children On top of all of that my youngest got just a turkey sandwich with spicy mustard on it I don't think that is proper for children All these young folks wanting extra money for the job they do but they cannot do the job simple instructions was to put half ham an turkey on one an same on the other mustard on one mayo on the other.got met with attitude an got a turkey sandwich an a ham sandwich with spicy mustard for a 6 year old .. my sandwich was fine . but wont be my go to sandwich shop any longer...
Definitely not Freaky Fast. Over 40 minutes to deliver, no ice in the drink and have forgotten a drink or chips multiple times.
Nothing bad to say, it's excellent. Not like Subway where meats are turkey and flavored like other things. These are ALL REAL MEATS.
They made my sandwich completely wrong, squirting oil and vinegar on it and using shredded lettuce that was embedded into the cheese. You cannot just remove those things to salvage it. They also placed items on my husband’s sandwich that he did not order. The counter is up so high that my husband couldn’t see it was being made wrong and was back home when we discovered the errors. This is the second error they’ve made in our sandwiches in the last two months. We almost wonder if they gave us someone else’s order today. 
The ingredients seem to be of good quality and I like the choices of meat. The options of toppings are good but not as extensive as subway. If you like spicy, try the Jimmy peppers. My complaints are, they are a bit too expensive for what they are and the bread is too tough.
