My first visit and I got the turkey and Provolone on wheat bread. I was a satisfied customer.

Staff was very rude and unhelpful. They stared at me blankly every time I asked a question. I love their food. I just wish the experience of getting the food was better.

Been a long time since I had a great sub with Gluten-free bread. I think I found my new Sub Shop to go to as I travel.
Service was terrible. We ordered and waited for 20 minutes for our order to be ready. After seeing 4 or 5 customers that came in after leave with food, we asked where our food was. I could get no one's attention until I literally had to lean over the counter for that to happen. I thought the manager was rude and unhelpful. If I hadn't been assertive, we might still be there waiting for the food.
Yeah I wouldn’t answer the phone if I worked there either. Trying to figure out how a $22 GIANT roast beef sub ended up being a small Turkey sandwich? Worst sandwich I’ve ever received- and it obviously wasn’t DoorDash’s fault because this JOKE of a sandwich has the toppings I ordered but is the wrong size with the wrong meat! You owe me $22. Jerks.
Incorrect order, missed 50% of items in the order. Incorrect on the bread ordered. Missed the chips and choc chip cookies entirely. Attempted to contact restaurant directly, mailbox is full! One issue by itself may be a one-time thing, all the above together looks like a pattern. If this is a franchise, the owner isn’t paying attention to quality.
