Would not recommend Hibachi Express. My husband and I, including our two year old ate here last Thursday 6/16. Our two yea old ate the chicken which neither myself or my husband were eating. Everything seemed fine until a few hours later when our son started vomiting multiple times back to back. He did not have a fever or any other symptoms. A few days later he developed diarrhea along with sporadic vomiting. We took him to his PCP where he was diagnosed with food borne gastroenteritis. We later discovered that Hibachi Express scored a 73 on their health inspection earlier this month.We will never be coming back here and the health department has been contacted. My advice, do your research before deciding where to eat and avoid this place at all costs.
Good food, cheap enough, especially for how much you get, fairly quick. Good when you just want some hibachi. Lots of people usually, so wait times go up when they’re crowded, so I like to call ahead and get it to go.
1st visit. Great menu and friendly servers. The delicious food was served hot. Highly recommended!
The food is so good. Always fresh and pretty cheap for how much you are getting. I always call my order ahead and it's ready by the time I get there. They have a drive through which is crazy cool
Great place to eat! Alot of good meals, the Pork Ramen is especially good here.My kids enjoy eating here as well, which is rare, cause there decently picky and for $12 dollars you can get enough food that you'll take some home for later.
Pverall good food, large portions. A large group had come in during lunch time so the service was slow and the server seemed overwhelmed by # of tables she was responsible for.
Picked up supper today. Super long wait. This was in my food along with white rice mixed in with the fried rice. A bit disappointed the last couple of times with order. The food doesn't seem it was prepared with as much care as before. First time could of been an off day for the staff. Second time could be that this is going to be their common practice.
I went on the 31st of March, I have had such bad food poisoning from this place, usually they’re ok but this time was horrible. My husband said it smelled odd or kinda fishy when I opened it (I got chicken, and broccoli with noodles) I should have listened and not eaten it but I did and now I regret it. It’s been 3 days and still horrible food poisoning ?
I really hate to give a low rating, but the last few times I've eaten here, there is a trend of slow service. Last time, phoned in my order and went to pick up. 20 min drive one way. Another 20+ mins after arriving waiting. While waiting, I noticed alot of food delivery services picking up. Became obvious their priority is delivery has most restaurants affiliated with these services are penalized for delayed orders. Today, another 20 mins in the drive through. But the food is always delicious.
The service is amazing! Great price, huge proportions and the best server has the whole floor to herself on an Friday night 2/25 and is doing fanTastic. Thank you!!
