My mom and I went here. We hadn't been there is a while and thought we would give it a try. We were seated promptly. The waitress came shortly after to get our drink order. She brought our drinks back pretty quick. And we were ready to order. Mom ordered us a Omilet meal that came with pancakes. We were splitting the Omilet and I was getting the cakes. It was a good 20 minutes before our food came. The waitress was doing all she could do to keep all her guests happy while we waited on the kitchen. She was doing a great job. After the long wait the food came and I will say it was pretty darn good. I will probably eventually go back and eat there again someday. I definitely hope the the kitchen will be moving quicker next time.

Stopped in this am, apparently in Cleveland one of few places that wants you to come in and sit down, had a FANTASTIC steak omelet, Mrs. Carrie was my hostess, the food was simply awesome, Mrs. Carrie's smile, friendly attitude and overall body language just added to the already great food, she was an amazing hostess with an amazing smile and friendliness, wish the world was like her in the mornings......great job IHOP, you did well today

The host was complaining about management to the customers! The customers could hear the restaurant was out of milk. Our waitress was nice brought out our breakfast the hash browns were cold I could see the orders stacked on the shelf in the kitchen. The problem was the servers had to wait for the utensils to come out of the dishwasher! I'm certain food supply & staff shortages are to blame. It's too expensive to eat out and have these issues for this reason we rarely go out to eat anymore...

Most of the food was great. We asked for extra crispy bacon and one part of the bacon was done but the rest was almost raw. I asked for my hashbrowns to be very lightly cooked. Steamed if possible barely brown. They came out looking like charcoal.I told the waiter and he just gave me a stupid look, no apology. Didn't offer to make fresh ones. Just walked off. Won't come here again. Next time, Waffle House!

We stopped here for breakfast last Sunday! I have to say initially it was an interesting visit as people that were already waiting ahead of us were a little bit ill-tempered. I understand that they are understaffed at this place. And they are currently hiring. However leaving all emotions out of it, I understood this because the person seating people was very upfront to let people know that they were understaffed and were doing their best. All you can expect under circumstances like these, is honesty. We decided to wait despite the people's urge to "not bother". Honestly, the wait was not too terrible and it was a Sunday and we had time. To take the time to go elsewhere would probably cost us just as much time and three times the effort. But we decided to wait to be seated, again with the understanding that they are understaffed. I think they did amazing. They were very kind considering people's attitudes... they were very helpful and they were going as fast as they possibly could with the staff that they had. Our waitress turned out to be amazing and sweet and courteous and kind. Despite the fact that she was probably dealing with a lot of attitude she did amazing and was amazing to us. We couldn't have been happier and I tipped her accordingly. If you're in a hurry, now might not be the time to drop by but if you want a delicious breakfast and you don't mind waiting I absolutely would recommend this place. Ultimately we were excited that the meal was worth waiting for. We definitely enjoyed our food and our time there. We're glad we stayed and we will definitely go back! Props to the staff and management for doing such great work under unfortunate pressure of being short-staffed and I'll tempered people. ? By the way everybody who complained about waiting so long ended up staying and waited to be seated instead of leaving like they were encouraging us to. Goes to show people will complain but offer no solution. I can only hope and pray that they tipped their wait staff well. They worked very hard and rely on those tips. And they're doing the best they can. Personally I thought they did a great job! Props to the entire staff!

Our food was inedible. The server was nice, could've been a little more attentive. I sat there for a long time after being served that horrible food before she ever came back and when she did, she brought the check. Surely, the mostly untouched plate in front of me was a clear indication that something was wrong. I've had several bad experiences in row and I don't plan on coming back. I will not pay for food that is so bad that it can't be eaten.

When we arrived this morning there were 4 parties in the lobby ahead of us. I went up to the host and waited. When he failed to acknowledge me I said "Hi how are you?" In hopes of getting his attention. He then replied "I'd be a lot better if the guy before me didn't break the computer". He then said he'd have to start a wait list on paper. I said "ok but we just got here, Everyone else is in front of us" to which he rudely replied "yeah I know". We got on the list and waited. I noticed more than half the restaurant was empty and dark. Plenty of empty tables for everyone waiting. The guy next to me said he placed a to-go order and even after waiting to arrive, he still had to wait 20 minutes longer just for his to-go food. We left and went to Wendy's.

I went here and the restaurant was nearly empty yet I had to wait 25 mins, people coming in behind me waited more than 45+ mins for a restaurant that was nearly empty!! It might as well have been closed. Food was decent and the waitress was sweet and cheerful yet slow.

Hire more waiters or something. Not give 1 waiter a huge area cause it takes so much longer to get drinks or food.

Food was OK but service was very poor. Waitress didn't come by during our entire meal even though there were very few customers in the restaurant. We got No refills. Had to ask for our bill.
