Not at all good. Spent 18.00 for nasty cold pure salt fries. Well,what you would call fries which my child did not eat and myself did not eat. The burgers we got I only took two bites out of because I had requested, "please no onions and again before pulling to window me being the only car in drive thru and no one inside please no onions" there was onions. ?. So all that went in the trash. So lessened learned. No more Hardee's for us. Only one star because I have to give one. ---☆-0
Great tasting food with expedient and courteous service during the early morning hours.
I was really disappointed with hardees today. I'm not sure if there were issues with the registers or what. Anyhow I want to say in the pandemic times we live NEVER and I mean NEVER should food go out the window to a customer who's food it is not. Then when it's realized it wasn't there's you ask for it back and sit it on the counter waiting for the correct purchaser to pull up. NO,NO,NO!!! Well, this happened today. The car in front of Me was given my food and then minutes later asked for it back. When I get up to the window I'm told the car in front of me was charged for my order and there was a refund and I'm supposing this is why we all sat and waited for way longer than normal. When I pay for my order then I'm given the bag which had once been in the persons car ahead of me. I said something to the employee and she was dismissive as if I was not at all warranted with my concern. Anyhow, I took the crumpled up, sideways containers... cold as if it had been in an icebox, gravy, eggs...etc. So waisted money and time today, at a hardees which normally is the best one in town.
The cashier was very rude to my 82 yr old grandmother! Only gave 1 star because I had to.
Love their morning hash rounds! Great people.
PROS: Food quality, selection, and drive-thru is usually quick and efficient. CONS: Some items are pricy, and their hours of operation are limited due to staffing issues. RECOMMEND? Yes.
Working hard and half staffed like the rest of us. Try the big hot man and cheese you won't regret it!!!
Food was great but drive thru line at 10:00 AM was crazy long... took 30 minutes to order and get my food. But the older lady on the drive through was so sweet!!!
Was on the road, stopped in Chattanooga TN. Good and Quick!!! Back on the road.
