Food was ok, not spectacular. The employee who took our order was pleasant enough and knew the menu. It wasn't terribly busy when we were there so our food was ready quickly. Another enployee later was leaning all over the counter with her face buried in her phone, though she did look up when customers came in. I ordered a concrete with toppings mixed in and my husband ordered their concrete with banana separately from our meal, and when it was ready the same employee who had been leaning on the counter literally threw them down on the pickup counter after our order was called. It's awkwardly located and the drive-through lets out right into the entrance to the parking lot. A good thing- One of the employees, possibly the Manager came out to the dining room and checked with all the diners to see how things were. Overall unless we really just want a concrete we're not going back.
Freddy's is a 5 star when compared to other fast food places in the area. Their burgers are really good (go California style) they have thin shoe string fries that go great with their fry sauce, and the frozen custard is really good as well. If you like fried cheese, try their cheese curds. They are really good, but really rich.
This was mine and my husband's first visit and let me say it was great! The food, service and very clean, not only were the employees very friendly but helpful with recommendations on what to try, the cheese curds are true cheese curds which are Fantastic and the burgers and fries were great too, my husband went back and ordered a second burger, I've never had frozen custard and let me tell u it's better than ice cream in my opinion, go check them out!!!
This place is a 3 out of a ten. The food had no flavor. My husband's burger patty was as thin as paper and my chicken sandwich had a ton of shredded lettuce, and zero flavor on the chicken. We won't go back! Very disappointed!
A lot like steak and shake. Shoestring fries and all. Except better in my opinion.
I just came in with my mother-in-law for some dessert and we were taken care of by a very nice young man named Heath. He was so polite and so helpful I just had to put in a review for him. I wish all of Freddys employees were as outgoing, friendly, courteous and professional as he was. It really made the experience more enjoyable. Thank you Heath!!!
Their Steak Burgers are Great and they give you a ton of fries.OH... you can actually go in and sit down and enjoy your meal without being rushed.Kids loved it also.

I love real frozen custard but this place doesn’t have it! They call it custard but it is just soft serve ice cream like every other fast food in this town. Don’t waste your money!
