The food here is always tasty hot and fresh and if not for the consistently bad service, it would get 5 stars. We still come here to eat because the food is really good but we may start bringing our own drinks in so we can have something to drink throughout the meal. Its likely you may only see your server once.

Great food, good service, and pretty good seating. My only complaint is that the internet in there is horrible, but other than that, this is the best Mexican place in town.
Ate lunch with my brother, really enjoyed it, usually go to Tres Hermanos however this was a nice change up.. Plenty of chz sauce in the Pollo Loco. Salsa had a nice flavor
First time I ordered wings they were perfect. It was on a weekend with lots of sports events so maybe the A team was working. I tried them a second time on a weekday and was extremely disappointed. The first order was crispy, not over cooked and tossed in sauce perfectly. The second time the wings were soggy and swimming in a sauce that was bland. The B team sucks so 50/50 chance i guess good luck!
Amazing quality, fast and friendly service despite being stuffed to the gills Sunday afternoon. Our family has a new favorite Mexican restaurant. Love it!
It’s okay food we order fajitas and got something way differentI’m use to getting fajitas with cut up onions and other vegetables.! Meat had a weird taste.We order cheese dip and they never brought it to the table.
Food was delicious. My family eats here quite a bit so it was a treat to join them during our visit. There were 9 of us and there were no complaints about the meals. I really liked all the veggies they used. It was tasty!
Have been goin here for 11 years and love the drink prices, the famous Pollo Loco is amazing. Simply a great, local Mexican restaurant . Highly recommend.
This restaurant likes to leave their customers at a table without taking an order and not speaking to them for 30-45 mins, especially if your on the patio, Its happened to me several times and one time Inside. Iv always tipped good and have been very respectful. But enough is enough. You may also only see your waitress 2 times in total per visit, leaving you at your table choking for a drink and sometimes no silverware. Don't ask for hot sauce because they won't bring it most likely because they forget or don't care. The cheese dip has gone from very good to full of water. Drastic increases in beer prices. passion for exceptional service and quality of food has been dead here for 2 years. Go somewhere else. Tres or nelas will do you right.
