What is going on in that kitchen. I went through the drive through at 8a.m. in a Sunday morning and ordered 3 different kinds of donuts and they were all HORRIBLE. STALE AND DRY! This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and the LAST. Everytime I've gotten STALE, DRY, LOW QUALITY donuts. I've been to other dunkin donuts and they were fresh, soft, and amazing! This place tastes like im eating an old expired generic honeybun. This is NOT the Dunkin Donuts I know and love. Don't waste your time. This place is awful!
The guy with pink hair at Dunkin’ on apd 40 needs a raise. I’m just letting that be known! He was beyond sweet.
If you plan on going here to get a good coffee, don’t waste your time. If you’re going for the food it’s okay, but in the time this location has been open they have managed to not hire one person who can correctly make a coffee. I have went time and time again just to have an incorrectly made coffee.
Have been going here since they opened, almost 7 days a week but today was the WORSE COFFEE EVER. Burnt taste and coffee grounds, everything that could have been avoided but no just collect then push it out the window. Sad.
My doughnuts were good. I also gotSome cream cheese mini bites..2 pack and 2 ham & cheese croissants.
Yesterday my wife went and got coffee, her a sausage biscuit and me a Turkey sausage, egg and cheese English muffin… they put burnt chicken on the English muffin. I let it go. She went today and what did my English muffin have? JUST EGG AND CHEESE!! You’re doing basically a monkeys job. This is ridiculous. Worst Dunkin I’ve ever given my money to.
Worst Dunkin donuts I have ever been too. They didn't get my order right after three attempts on the same visit. I ordered a decaf cappuccino with french vanilla swirl. They gave me a iced cappuccino. Then they gave me a regular cappuccino. Finally gave me a decaf cappuccino with no flavor added. After the third attempt I just left and drove to the Dalton location. Always right there.
Never super busy when I'm there... but definitely a steady crowd. The employees are helpful and friendly. And it's always clean. Great place.
Normally a hit or miss, this morning was a definite miss. Ordered a hot chocolate and instead was greeted with a nice hot cup of brown water.
I have stopped for coffee several times and have always been offered a fresh pot of decaf. This is my preferred stop for coffee in Cleveland.
