Got a butter pecan ice coffee from this location. Have gotten this drink several times and it has been so good at other locations. But this time no. All I got was bitter watered down coffee. Very very disappointed ☹️ I love Dunkin but this was just gross. Also my husband got a bottled coke from there and it was hot. Not even a bit cold.? Not to mention the staff was not to friendly ether. definitely staying away from that one and going back to my Dunkin on my side of town. Sorry but this was just not a good experience at all.

We have frequented this Dunkin Donut for years. The last few months'visits have been just the worst experiences. My husband walked out when he was seen and totally ignored with "kids" just standing and sitting around, noone doing anything. When and if you do get waited on donuts are stale, they're out of most of the ones we like, staff couldn't be more rude, noone smiles, and the place is a mess, dirty tables, floors. This last visit today, the young girl being trained never smiled. As I ordered she was rude to me and gave me several looks like I was stupid. I'm a very friendly person, she was totally disrespectful and her "trainer" told her at one point that she was being rude. She responded with "probably:" I ordered "hot" lattes. She made iced. I told her I ordered hot. She had another girl remake them. So that girl was mad. By the time I walked out Ithey had ruined the whole experience of enjoying a fresh donut and a hot latte. So disappointed that we've lost our only donut shop with fresh donuts and kind people. It's there even a manager? If so they need to leave.
Would give zero stars if I could the manager is rude and filled our coffee with so much sugar it was not drinkable. And stood at the window like she was some sort of bada$$ as her and another employee mocked and made fun of my wife. Jasmine says she is the manager and if she is I see what’s wrong with the world today. I know it’s hard to find people to work nowadays but have some sort of hiring process that will eliminate people like her from being in that position we Will NEVER go back I have worked in customer service all my life and would have been fired on the spot for talking to customers that way. Make her pay based on customer service she won’t last long. It’s very sad that’s the face Dunkin wants to represent that store.
This is the best Dunkin we've been to, because our drinks are always consistently made well and delicious! On top of that, the staff are all friendly, regardless of who is working. Thank you! ?

I was having an awful day and Blake in the drive thru was amazing. Quick on the order, extremely sweet, and very positive. Gonna get more late night donuts in the future :)
Ordered a chai latte and a jelly donut. The chai latte was actually a bitter coffee. The jelly donut had zero jelly in it, so it was just dry doughnut. Couldn’t go back either because I had important errands to run
