Ordered on the app and got ALL THE WAY HOME to find my order wrong. Called the restaurant and was told to come back and I would have the correct bowl waiting for me. Came back to restaurant and was told they could not give me more because I didn’t bring the incorrect bowl back. I was then treated terribly and told to go back through the line by a young girl. My order was made wrong but the employees made it out to be my fault. Incredibly terrible customer service. I am so displeased with Dos Bros. I will not be back for a VERY LONG TIME.
I ordered Dos Bros the other evening and selected curbside when I checked out I got here about 20 minutes later they were not busy, tried calling for 15 minutes to notify them I was here to pickup my order no one answered I decide to go in and get my order after waiting to find out they have the phones turned off. Fast forward to today we waited for over 30 minutes on our orders inside and after 30 minutes of them not putting the order on the rack we went up to ask what was going on and the cashier told us that the guy who makes mobile orders was on break. I would have understood if all of the other employees were busy but they were all standing around talking and no one was in line.
Dine in. 6 of us in total, they forgot 4 bags of chips and 2 queso from our orders.. which I had to go up and ask for. Then a few min later I ask for another side of queso (which I would I didn't expect for free) and the short lady with glasses rudely yells across the line and asks me how many times I had came up for free food claiming they had left it off, in front of everyone in line. I won't come back.
The door dash options may lead you to believe this is a gf option.. I ate it several times over a three week stay in Cleveland TN because I was so excited to have a gf option.. I am celiac.. I was breaking out and becoming sick and couldn't figure out why til I called and spoke to the storeI'm back in Cleveland this month for work..They still have not fixed this option its been almost a month since I reported it !!!!!Please beware!!!!!!! Dos Bros do better !!!!
For real, love this place. I keep forgetting how amazing it is, until I eat it again...lol. But this place is so amazing and incredibly filling. Love it.
One of my favorite places to eat. Not only is the food amazing but the atmosphere is unique and we have never had anything but excellent service. Highly recommend!
Just tried this place for the first time, and WOW IT'S BETTER THAN CHIPOTLE!!The bowl is bigger than it seems. The lemonade is bae af. Cute blonde cashier girl with the glasses was very nice and hospitable.The guy named Chris deserves a raise or a promotion (or both). He was working extremely hard, going from the kitchen to the serving line, back to the kitchen, chopping up meats, answering customer questions etc. His customer service skills are top notch. As a hospitality manager myself, I'd definitely hire him for a managerial position.The only downside of my experience was that many of the tables and booths had food all over them. The trash cans were full. No ice in the machine, and silverware ran out. But it was extremely busy so maybe they need an extra employee hired on to focus on the dining area.
This is now the third time I have tried going to Dos Bros in Hixson during the hours they have posted on the door (it says closes at 8pm), and I pull the handle and it’s locked. There are workers in there mouthing to me that they’re closed. It’s 6:15. I drove 20 minutes from my house to come eat here. I got my baby out of the car in the cold and walked up to the door just to (yet again) be turned back around. My husband and I eat here once or twice a week but not anymore. I’ll take my business to the new chipotle down the road. Don’t recommend here unless you like to play “will they be open during the hours they have posted” roulette.
I eat here often and it’s great! But today I was chewing almost done with my bowl and I bit something hella hard and it turns out to look like a little rock… lol
Food is fresh and great! Fast, Friendly service and its always clean in the dining area
