I am renewing my last review, sorry but man oh man. Out of 8 of my last ordered. The first ones that is, I always get a refund or reorder from doordash. I get told they are blending it to much. No, I can tell when that happens it looks like pepper with no cookie chunks. My last 6 has only been vanilla ice cream. I know the world is screwed up with product delivery but really, no oreo cookies. So today I made my complaints with their home office online. Trust me. When they do get it right, those are awesome. And no this is not just a personal preference either. No cookie means no cookie. Every time.
Ice cream on point. Ice Cream Sunday just make you wanna slap somebody, anybody. Ice cream so delicious eyes roll>ng in the back of my head.
Haven't been in DQ since Covid. Didn't know dining room was open. Burger was HOT. Fries were HOT. Service was fast and friendly. Food tasted great.
I tried the Sea Salt Toffee Fudge blizzard for the first tme. It was very good.
The desserts are wonderful but the food is just OK. I had a chicken sandwich and didn't finish it (which is saying a lot). The fries were not hot and were not very tasty. But nothing beats the blizzards sooooo

This location is a JOKE. The worst customer service ever. I ordered a cookie dough blizzard and an Oreo blizzard only to get and pay for a cup of ice cream with NO OREOS AND NO COOKIE DOUGH...... Then No one would answer the phone when I called to try to get it rectified. And the guy at the drive through window had the worst attitude ever.....
Service with a smile, so you relax more. I go to Dairy Queen to get a medium butterfinger blizzard, which is always made right.
Great customer service, clean tables, the chicken strips were good. They have a nice variety of (ready made) ice cream cakes I haven't purchased one yet but I will.
Would have been nice if I got napkins and lids.. got ice cream all over my cup holder. But the blizzard was good.
