Redoing my review. Over the past couple of months the service, quality and staff have gone to awful. I'm here and have Been sitting in the line when an employee comes out and says they only have whatever and they close in 20 mins. I said all I wanted were 2 malts 1 milkshake. He then tells me to walk to the walk up window and tell them that's all I wanted. Well, I did exactly that. BUT was pointed at, laughed at and an employee shook his finger back and forth in a "NO" way. Then an older lady comes to the window and says the walk up is closed. I told her the other employee told me to park and come up to the window. I told her all I wanted were 2 malts and 1 shake. She said her machine was flashing and she didn't know if she could make them or not....then she just stood there looking at me. RIDICULOUS as long as it's took me to write this review it is just now 2AM... there closing time.
Just left cookout. The customer service was horrible. The older man at the window told me that my items was in the bag and they was not. I had to ask him 3 times for it to recieve them. While I was checking to make sure my good was prepared properly as requested he opens the window then slams it back shut. You had one job!!
Y girlfriend and I frequently eat here we love it, and if you haven't had their milkshakes you need to get on in there and try one .... Mmmmm yummi
We ordered double burgers with extra lettuce & tomatoes. They completely ignored that request. The burgers were slapped together haphazardly. Looks like you can get more food in a happy meal.
Staff were extremely nice, menu is crazy big so there's something for everyone. Tried a small burger which disappointed only because it's about the size of a McDonald's burger, but had excellent flavor. Next time I'm getting a much larger one. Corn dogs were really good with a juicy wiener & sweet, crispy batter. The only disappointing item we had were the chicken fingers, they had WAY too much breading on them
It so refreshing that the employees here were very helpful and nice to me .much appreciated because every restaurant I've went to lately none has coustomer service skills!!!!! THANK YOU COOK OUT EMPLOYEES IN CLEVELAND TENNESSEE..... GOOD JOB
They got nothing correct except 1 drink and some onion rings. I was charged extra for things I didn't get.The chilli is horrible ? and the burger looks like it's from the freezer section in the grocery. It's way to expensive for what it is. (Even if the order was correct) This was my first time eating here and I will not be back and will tell everyone it's awful.
In the last couple of months this location has gone downhill. It’s so hit and miss with their employees, and seems to be an issue with them actually understanding what someone is saying through the speaker. After plenty of messed of order tonight was the final straw. I ordered a cheddar style burger with added ketchup and jalapeños. They got the ketchup and jalapeños but completely left out what makes a cheddar style. We ordered chili cheese fries but came with a small spoon of chili. Also ordered a chicken ranch wrap and received a bacon ranch wrap. It’s become such a hassle to order here.
Most of the time I like this place. However today it lacked a lot. Speakers were not working right so the lady taking orders couldn’t hear our orders well. Chicken sandwich was ok but not great. Grilled onions on our burger were raw and two Carmel fudge shakes turned out to be peanut butter shakes. Granddaughter got a peach cobbler now that was awesome.
darn good good burger. I would say one of the best in fast food with a little homemade feel to it. shakes are good too and prices are reasonable. I'll be back
