Atmosphere was nice, service and servers were friendly. Food was was awesome!!!

Stopped in for a late lunch with my wife today. The place was slow. A few customers in restaurant, and a few in bar. No one greeting customers. Waited 10 minutes about to leave Dimitri came by and seated us. 5 minutes later , coincidentally my neighbors walked in, waved, waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge them, shrugged and left. Watched 2 other parties experience the same in the 30 minutes we were there. I was looking forward to a refill of tea once. Never got asked and didn’t see server again until I was ready to leave. Avoid this Chilis location.

I only gave it 3 stars because 3 different things we ordered, they were out of and the waitresses weren't informed about it. We did order drinks, the Top Shelf Long Island ice teas were not good at all. So sour we couldn't finish them. The service was great though, the food we did order was very good. I'll give them another chance in the future. I understand the world we live in now, there's shortages on everything. So they definitely deserve a second chance.

Restaurant was half empty at lunch time yet there was a line waiting outside the door to be seated. We waited about 15 minutes for a table on a Thursday afternoon. Then waited 20 more minutes after being seated to place our order. The bartender was trying to serve the entire left side of the restaurant. He actually did a pretty good job. He was friendly and professional even though he was clearly overwhelmed. Our food was hot and tasty and prepared exactly right. It did take a while to be given the opportunity to pay our bill and grabbing a quick lunch ended up being a 2 hour ordeal. Kudos to the bartender as he did the best he could with what he had!

Love Chili's, but this one has the worst service out of any I have ever been to. We have been to this one location on three different occasions, trying to maybe once have a nice visit and the service is just terrible. We waited 30 minutes and still had not gotten our drinks. This location is in need of new management or ownership because whoever is in charge right now just simply doesn't care. This place is beyond slow. There were maybe 8-10 tables in the entire restaurant that were seated. There's no excuse for this poor of service.

Good food. Jarrell was working hard and as quickly as he could while handling half of the restaurant in serving costumers. He did it all with a smile. All the staff were doing a great job in a very difficult situation of being short staffed. Please be kind and remember that when you go out to eat. These people are working as hard and fast as they can.

This is the third time this has happened to us, shame on us I guess you could say. We placed AND paid for a to go order from here and we pulled in checked in and it said that our order would be delivered between 9:43-9:48.. well here it is after 10 and nothing has been brought out. Hell I had to go get it last two times, and that’s fine. Don’t put a time on there and not follow through, especially since we’ve been here there has been 4-5 cars pull up and they have had there food ran out to them in less that 30 seconds.. smh this will be the last time me and my family sit in the car and wait for 1-1:30..

We had my daughter's birthday dinner here. We had a large group. I arrived at 6pm to reserve a table. We only had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. It was the Friday before Valentine's Day. The waitress We had was awesome! We got our drinks while she took our appetizer orders. Then she came and took our orders. All of the adults got the 2 for $25 menu. 2 kids meals came out. Then 2 appetizers came out. We waited and waited and waited on our food. Finally we had to speak to a manager. It WAS NOT our waitress' fault at all. It was the cooks and people working the back that were at fault. Finally all of our food came out around 8:30-9. And I got my appetizer with my meal. We were all so frustrated and tired by that time we just boxed our food up to go. Our meals came with dessert but the manager did give all of the kids a dessert and brought our dessert as well. And she did discount our tickets. So I paid $23 for a $25 meal, so it wasn't much of a discount. But that wasn't the manager's fault either. We were there from 6pm until around 9:30 and got our food 15 minutes before we left. The manager and the waitress did a great job. But whomever is over the manager wouldn't allow her to comp. our food. Needless to say it will probably be a while before we return. Waiting 3 1/2 hours is too long when we were seated 30 minutes after arriving.

I tried to stop here for lunch yesterday. The bartender was very rude and hateful with me while taking my order. She acted like it was a real bother to have to be there is not the kind of person who should be dealing with the public. I was afraid she might spit in my food or worse. When I tried to complain to the manager about her behaviour this bad bartender physically blocked me from trying to speak to approach the manager. I then asked the hostess if I could speak to the manager. When the hostess went to get the manager for me I saw this bad bartender intercept and speak to her. The hostess then came back to inform me that the manager did not have time to talk with me right now. So I decided to just leave and eat somewhere else.I have dined at many other Chili's restaurants over the years and always enjoyed the and atmosphere. However, I will never stop at this one in Cleveland, TN again.Dear Chili's Upper Management, I realize it is hard to find good help right now, but that is no excuse to have mean people who appear to hate their job like this waiting on your customers and representing your brand.

Nothing better than waiting 25 min to pay for food that wasn’t very good, and being offered nothing for all of the hassle. They shouldn’t accept Apple Pay if the Apple Cash option is just going to give a “please reboot your device” error message without any other details. The crispy chicken crispers were tough and not very tasty.Drinks were overpriced.Boneless wings tastes like they got them from Sam’s Club and were cooked by my 6 year old.The fried pickles were possibly the worst I’ve had (although to be fair - we don’t order these from many restaurants)Do better Chili’s… Seriously.
