Was actually pretty shocked. I've never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A.. We ordered a number 1 with no pickles. The girl up front acted like she didn't really know what she was doing (maybe new?) After she rang up the order, I made sure she rang up the order with no pickles.. She said, "No. I'm sorry. I didn't get that." No big deal!! Now she knows. A couple minutes later, we got our food and she never did fix the order. I told her we needed it with no pickles. She acted stunned that we weren't going to just accept the food as it was rang up as opposed to how we actually ordered it. She asked if we wanted to keep the sandwich. I told her if she didn't need it back, I'm sure we could find someone to eat it. We just needed what we ordered. A couple minutes later, we were approached by another employee that asked what we ordered. I repeated the very simple order, once again. She then rudely stated that she would need the other food back. We didn't want the food to begin with lol. Again, shocked. We've never received bad customer service at any Chick-fil-A ever. This is obviously an across the board issue with food service at this point in society. Do better!!!
I'm giving this chick-fil-a a 3 star. The reasons are 1 when made my order I like to have vanilla coke and chick-fil-a doesn't have vanilla, the way I've always asked for it is to fill it up with coke of course and a shot or 2 of the vanilla favoring that's used for coffee or whatever it's used for. I was told by the employee that she don't think they can do that so she went politely to ask the manager and I was told no I can't have it that way so I said ok and finished my order. I don't know why I was told that I couldn't have it that way because I've never had that issue at the other chick-fil-a's that I go to. But the most of all that I didn't like about my visit today was how the bathroom was. I went to take my daughter to go potty and I had to bring her right out because the toilet was horrible overflowed and needed a cleaning in just the stall.
This location continues to get my order wrong. How hard is it?… it’s 12 grilled chicken nuggets.This would be okay if I could eat the fried nuggets however I have an intolerance to what they’re cooked in. Thanks again chik fil a for ruining my dinner.
This ChicFilA used to be great, but they've changed. The drive through has slowed down a lot, but I've been willing to deal with that. However, today I decided to stop by for a sandwich and a bottle of water. The line moved slowly, and when I got my sandwich, there was a hair cooked in the batter of the chicken. I pulled into a parking spot and took it inside for a refund. (My appetite was completely gone now.) The manager who gave me the refund was a girl who I think was named Heather, didn't even seem to care about the fact that NONE of the employees had their hair properly restrained. Even those employees in the grill area had loose ponytails dangling with their hair slinging around. I mentioned this to her, but she didn't seem to care. Her only response was, "Yeah". Having grown up working in the food service industry, I know that hair is supposed to be restrained in a hairnet or a braid that prevents it from flying around and getting into the food.I won't be going back.
The food was fine just the slowest Chick-Fil-A I've been to. Of course I'm spoiled by the one in Ooltewah. They are exceptionally fast and accurate.
I've never had a problem with my chicken being dumb at this place I've had problems elsewhere. One thing I don't like is when you see pink inside your chicken. But I've never had a problem at Chick-fil-A it's always been completely and fully cooked and it always tastes delicious. Love the chicken sandwich. My son eats the spicy. Must always nice to have a Texas toast on the side of any chicken meal.
Love the food, love the service, love the great attitudes of every single team member never had a bad experience but…and when I say this I really mean HATE the parking lot setup, it is impossible to get to curbside parking when there is a massive line coming from all directions for drive through, take the bank parking lot or something no one even uses that bank lol. Love chic fil a but your crew here deserves a better parking lot lay out. Rant over.
Was very disappointed with my order, first they forgot an order of hashbrowns, gave me two when it was supposed to be three, i am glad i checked the order before i left, second they forgot the sauce that goes with the breakfast burritos, third the breakfast burritos were awful; the tortilla was very hard and the burritos barely had any chicken in them. Not sure what happened today because usually their food is good. Also, i was not able to get anyone to answer the phone when i was calling to let them know they forgot an order of hashbrowns.
I'm pretty sure Chick-fil-A needs no review. Everybody done knows.. its Fre-A-king awesome! Always hot,fresh, and fast. Love it!
It's Chick-fil-A. By now we all know what to expect. Long lines and yummy food. However the quality of chicken strips has gone down over the last 3 years. I remember getting nice juicy straps. Now I'm lucky if I can eat half of my order through all the thick, crunchy, hard as rocks breading. I have to open and inspect before pulling away and more times than not have to ask to swap as the breading is so hard and thick that my kid can't eat it. Literally, she's at the age where she's losing a tooth every few weeks and with missing/loose teeth the crunchy breading thats so thick and dry is just to hard to actually eat. Disappointing as CFA used to be so juicy. But the milkshakes are still yummy! Attached photo is actually considered good at this point.
