5/10/2022Me and my boyfriend went around 5 today and they wasn't busy at all. We walked up there and a young man came up to the window to take our order and was very rude! He never asked how we was and never said what can I get y'all. Never asked what size combos we wanted, I had to tell him! His customer service skills are very poor! The woman that got our drinks practically shoved them in our face! We didn't get any napkins either. The food was good but I doubt we will go back sadly.
Number 7 no bbq.. absolutely amazing. I don't remember the last time I had fast food that fresh and hot. Not sute what seasons are on the buttered and grilled bread but I loved it.
Fast service, price was good, food was yucky. Tasted like they poured oil on our food instead of salt for taste. Please change out your oil
grown men abt 35-45were yelling at young girls abt 15-18yrs old and i saw a man with a handgun threatening the girls about taking their money and clothes off them ( mind you the men were the employees) abt 12 police showed up and all they did was tell the young ladies to leave(the photo is of the general manager and the man with a handgun)

I'm surprised to see so many negative reviews, evey time (once a month, maybe) I've come here they employees are bomb at their jobs I always tip them. Food is good, and good customer service. People need to understand that if they only get 2 strips of bacon it because that's the amount the business has trained them to put on there, 2 pickles also because they were trained to do so, and that's why customers have the option to ask for extra whatever.
Very very disappointed. The fries were good, but the shake did not taste right at all. It tasted like someone mixed garlic salt all in the shake. Idk. It was weird. I did get a refund, but very obscure.
Two times in a row ordered the baconzilla only to get something else. When I went back through line to get corrected girl at window was very rude & acted like my fault. I'm originally from Clearwater Fl, where Checkers originated and was so excited to live near one again..but sadly due to lack of good management that tolerates rude staff won't be going back any time soon.
Burger was cold. Fries were soggy they tasted like grease and my milkshake tasted funny. I hardly ever complain. The workers were not very friendly at all.
