Worst meal I’ve ever had here. I had the fish and shrimp. The shrimp and beans were fine. The piece of fish was about three inches long, cold and hard. Even the young man who brought the meal to the table was disappointed. He brought another piece. Unfortunately, it was as bad as the first one.My wife’s potato was brown inside. I took it back for a replacement.Very poor management.
Great people, our call ahead order was ready at the time they said with all the extras we requested. But the fish was not what we are used to at the Captains. Instead of the beautiful white fish it was a dark almost brown look. The taste was not at all fresh. Seems the captain is cutting corners to save on cost and the customer is the one suffering.
The manager was very rude not once but EVERYTIME WE COME IN. the cashier girl couldn’t keep her freshly done Easter blue Nails off her face and off her mouth. The manager seem to be worried about everything except the cleanliness of the lobby. Use to like coming here but now I found out I can’t use my coupons even tho I just got some in the mail?!?! Go figure. Can’t blame this crap on the pandemic cause it’s been an on going situation for the last 3 years! Done!!!
We placed a very large order and they got it exactly right and very quickly too
We were the first customers the morning of our visit and everything we had ordered was way overcooked. My wife and I didn't say anything because we figured it may be a new cook or something else because we both have worked in fast food and can relate to situations that can happen. I have visited the store many times and the food is always fresh and hot and the staff makes me feel like a human being and not just a customer. Thank you for all y'all do see ya soon. I love CD. I always get the 4pc battered fish with double fries and two 4oz tarter sauces. I do however miss the clam strips, please bring them back.
We Went back again this week, as this is my brothers favorite restaurant. The food is always fresh and the staff are friendly and helpful. It's always clean and has a consistently good health score. The new pecan pie is delicious!
Very clean store. Order and sit, they bring it to you. Very nice server.
My hubby and I eat here a couple times a month. We love eating here. The food is always great. We highly recommend eating here.
Fish the size of minnows.chicken same.Not a kids meal. I won't be back unless I get what I pay for..I'm a regular customerAnd expect to get full off of my suppose to be adult meal..
