Whoppers are always a favorite of mine. Pretty fast for a lunch rush. Facility fairly clean staff friendly

This place has the worst tasting soda of all the restaurants, fast food places, and eateries in Cleveland. Their Mellow Yellow taste like mineral water and their sweet tea taste the way an ashtray smells. Their other sodas also taste off. At first, I thought the issue was they just needed to change out their syrup bag for the soda, but it has been bad tasting for a while now.I think they may have spoiled lines. Meaning that the hoses that connect the syrup and water to the soda machines have mildewed and everyone is drinking moldy or mildew drinks. Another issue may be that they are not cleaning and soaking their drink nozles and dispensers properly.I suggest everyone avoid getting drinks from this place.
So bad. I hadn’t been to bk in a while so I got a whopper a chking and some mozzarella sticks. there was no line during lunch time which is a red flag but I was in a rush so I placed an order anyways. Food was ready 20 seconds later as if it had been waiting on me to order it. It was all awful. Greasy, cold and even had a weird smell. I couldn’t continue to eat anything in my order. Threw it all away after taking a bite.When you haven’t eaten all day and are super hungry and rather throw the food you spent your hard earned money on it says a lot. I’ve had good bk before. It’s not about preference. Get a new team in there or demolish this restaurant.

They are always kind and very friendly. They keep their lobby and bathrooms clean. The staff works hard to make sure ur order is correct and gets to you in a timely manner. If your a regular some even remember what you order.
Even though there was a fluke with mine and my partner's order, and had to drive back over there, they made it right. The workers were friendly and after the fluke with my burger was fixed, it was really good! Hadn't had burger king in a long time, so it was definitely good!
To me I think burger King in Cleveland is delicious its always hot, maybe it's a little slow, but still better than McDonald's.
Best Burger King EVER. They have the fastest drive through I have ever seen. My order is always right.
