service was great food was so delicious I will be back
Long wait before ordering once we were seated. Our orders were wrong, had to wait a long time for refills and our check was wrong eventhough I carefully explained how it needed to be divided since we had 2 families. Waitress nicely agreed to change the channel on one of the TVs near us however she never actually changed it. I had never been here but everyone else in our party had...they said this service was subpar from what they usually experience. For me it was a bad experience overall...especially since there was plenty of other restaurants to choose from in the area. Food was good though. My recommendation, avoid going here if you are in any hurry at all or just plan to be there for a bit. Once again, food was delicious.
So our service was good tonight, but the food was very disappointing. The small amount of halfway cooked fried pickles was only the start. Our wings came out cool, not cold but not hot. My fries came out cold and old. She brought me another order right out and said these should be hot. They were, straight from under a warmer. The boneless wings were well over cooked and dried out too. We will not be going back. This is one of my daughters favorites and it’s a shame we will have to drive further now.
I got some nachos and cheese because they were out of it for a while. And it was terrible! I have no idea why they are changing recipes and getting rid of food. But I hate it! They are making over priced wings and I only get 4! And they are as small as kid sized chicken tenders!
Me and my fiance used to love eating here, but after tonight I doubt we'll ever be coming back. It took 20 minutes to get our drink order. And when we ordered our appetizers and food it took an hour for our appetizers to even come out, when they did they were cold. Our food came out 15 to 20 minutes later also cold. And the waitress was very quick to blame kitchen staff, when all she needed to do was go back and get it off the warmer. There was one staff member that helped and was very polite and he wasn't even our waitor
Waited over an hour for wings after we ordered and it wasn’t terribly busy, asked for lemons and it took her well over 10 minutes to bring them, when our food did finally arrive it was cold and stale, it had clearly been ready for awhile my sauce was literally dried into a film on my wings. I always have problems with the service and speed at this location but today it was ridiculous, waiting is one thing but waiting just to get food that’s cold and clearly been ready for awhile is insane, watched several people come eat and go before we ever got our food server was not kind or attentive at all constantly had to remind her for items we were trying to get our check to leave and we could see her sitting at a booth on her phone talking to people
Got seated within 5 mins but then waited over 15 mins for a server before we gave up and left. I normally understand when they are busy but when she went by us to wait on her friends who had been seated after us including getting their drinks without so much as acknowledging us I had enough. Extremely disappointed! Spoke with the manager about it and all I got was a sorry.
Waited 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge we were here. The appetizer was fresh and hot, then waited 20 mins just to find out the server messed up the order. The fries were cold and waited another 10 mins to get the wing order correct. The wings were good but I would recommend other options around this area, definitely not worth the wait.
Was seated, waited 15 minutes no waitress came to greet us, people seated after us got their drinks and orders taken before us. Poor service, poor waiting staff.
Ate here for the first time Saturday. Food was ok. Waitress we had was absolutely terrible!!! First she messed up on the appetizer and then messed up on the meal too which by that point I was pretty mad. Everyone else at our table had their food and had ate it by the time I even got mine. I WILL NOT BE BACK!
