Look of the place is very modern if you like that. The vanilla bean latte was so good and smooth. Chocolate chip cookie, was okay. I did request light ice for my coffee but would not say that's what I got. It's a bit off-putting to me that there are no prices listed on the menu. I cannot pretend that price doesn't play a role in what I would buy. That goes for everything, not just coffee. I also wouldn't say that they are that friendly. Customer service is very important to me.
The place is far most one of the best coffee shop in Cleveland. O haven't try all the menus yet but these place make the perfect latte art.
The coffee is good, but the staff is incredibly unkind and completely unprofessional, like not just lacking social skills, they are RUDE. Sad to find out that the rudest one of all is the owner, yikes, what kind of business owner treats their customers like that!

Great coffee and tea! My husband loved the chai tea latte with almond milk, it was just as creamy as regular milk. I ordered the Nutella latte.It's a cute coffee shop with ample space to have a sip with a friend or to hang out and do some work or read a book.
Wow. This is the place to go for serious espresso and coffee drinkers. Best cortados we have ever had. They roast their own and you can tell by how the barista preps and pulls the shots that she knows what she is doing. We’ll be back.
First time being here with family. Great atmosphere, good vibes, Delicious Coffee. Definitely pleased with this place.
