This is the 2nd time I have come into this restaurant to order. Every time I come in , I get looked at yet ignored. For real. I understand it's hard to keep employees right now. If you can't run front then close the lobby so you don't leave us customers standing at the register for 10+ minutes before they decide to take business elsewhere. Unacceptable!
I don't have any Bojangles where I live so we tried it. Was very impressed. My husband loved the sweet tea, the bo-berry biscuits, the chicken biscuit sandwich and the pimento cheese biscuit. I got the grilled chicken salad and I can honestly say it's among the top three fast food salads. It was mixed spring greens (not one leaf of iceberg lettuce - wonderful), cucumbers, tomatoes, cheese and a warm grilled chicken breast cut and put on top. Perfect ? *chef's kiss*
1st time, enjoyed, cashier doesnt know pricing for 6 biscuits so over charged forcPrice of 2 x's 3. No ranch, gravy priced high, but good w sausage. Be nice to have plates w family meal...as packed in to go box to eat inside.

Cajun chicken biscuit and ws horrible. The chicken was tough and didn't appear fresh. It used to be a really good biscuit, but not anymore.
Service was very slow, and we couldn't get lunch during lunch. Got a chicken sandwich, and it wasn't good.
I Love there Gravy's with biscuits
This is the second time in three visits that they have messed my order up!! They should seriously consider having someone running the window with at least an ounce of personality and not sounding like he is doing you a favor taking your order especially if he isn’t even going to check what he’s handing you. There are too many solid breakfast choices in town for them to not get it right. They are lucky Chick-fil-a is closed on Sunday!
Usually love Bojangles, but this trip is horrible and I won't be back at this location. Dude on drive through yelled and was rude , trying to make me hurry with order. Then he was even more rude at window, shoving food at me and trying to hurry to fast.
First time we ate there and we really liked it. Wished there was one in Elkhart, IN.
