Great food, great service and awesome atmosphere. Our waitress was great. Would highly recommend and will be eating there again. Loved the cheesecake.

We got to Big Tom's relatively early for dinner and were seated right away. We hadn't been seated for more than a couple of minutes before a very pleasant server showed up to take our drink orders. The menu was bigger than we had expected, but not so big as to be overwhelming. I ordered the poutine with the fried green tomato side and my husband ordered the burger. We've had fried green tomatoes many times over the years from many different places. These were hands-down the best we've ever had. They weren't bitter and were cooked perfectly. The batter was great and the sauce that came with them was great. I'd never had poutine before, but after reading several of the other reviews that mentioned it I had to try it. It was fantastic, the brisket ends were lovely, cooked perfectly and whatever the sauce is that makes it poutine was really good. The sauce itself was fantastic, it had just the right amount of savor. I'd suggest getting it with the steak fries instead of the crinkle ones, but it's going to be delicious with either. My husband's burger came out cooked perfectly. He'd asked to have an egg added and no onions - the order came out correctly. We could see other diners from our booth and we didn't see any delays between when a party was seated and when they were served. The place is clean, tidy and had a comfortable atmosphere. We will definitely be going back.
First time in today—6/24/22.Food was served so hot I had to let it cool down which is exactly how it’s supposed to be done. I had a Rueben with Sweet Potato Fries that came with Cinnamon Butter to dip them in and yeah, it was all I could have hoped for. The server was also pleasant, prompt and friendly which helps make the experience that much better.I left with a full stomach and the want for a nap so I highly recommend Big Toms!My girlfriend was also pleased with her Philly and Fries.I’d happily come back for another visit.

Got the Reuben. Could have used a lot more Kraut. The side salad is filling! Great value for the food!
Ok never been here, but decide to give it a try and it was excellent!!! I got a Bacon Double Cheeseburger because if you do that right, everything else is probably great too. Burger was cooked perfectly, smoked cheddar was melted and the food came out pipping HOT!!!! Live band was a nice surprise too! Definitely go and check it out!
Ok for a hometown bar this place was GREAT. I’m from Chicago and miss the hometown feel of a bar . I would recommend this place to anyone .
Tom's is a great place! Southern food and comfort for all. Family friendly, but also has bar on separate side of restaurant. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new spot. Bands are great! Live music several nights a week! Hope everyone loves Big Tom as much our family does!
