What I sent to Corporate:Ordered ID# ************What I ordered was totally unacceptable.1) Turkey Bacon Ranch Meal. Contents: 2 pieces of Turkey, a squirt of ranch, 1/2 a piece of cheese and 1/2 of 1 slice of tomato, and a wilted with brown spots piece of last-week's lettuce.2) a PCS Sandwich Meal Contents: 6 pieces of chicken in some kind of mushy mayo stuff with 1/2 of 1 grape and some pecan dust.I was told no fries of any kind, and was only offered salads in place of fries. Honestly, I didn't mind that.2 Salads - Contents: wilted lettuce, again with brown spots. one had 3 square tomato pieces, the other actually had 5. Neither had cheese or anything else.Drinks: Ordered Diet Dr. Pepper. Both received: Unsweet Tea.Order total: $24.10I don't know what's going on at this store, but I'm not going back.

Overall my visit was ok the drive through was fast and very friendly but that new hamburger it was ok but it wasn't done in the middle and I ordered it with no tomato and they put it on there anyway which I had to take it apart to remove the two slices of tomatoes from the hamburger which messed up the taste of the hamburger. I do not like tomatoes and to me it ruined the taste of my hamburger after removing the slices

Friendly service but be prepared for a long wait. The bathrooms are not great and current construction in the parking lot makes getting in and out interesting.

Though visibly short handed, the few staff working did a great job at running the counter and drive thru. Most place simply close the dining room and stick a sad note on the door. Thanks to the crew that worked hard despite hard times. The food was great also!

I love Arby’s!❣️My husband is disappointed that they discontinued their boneless wings? but, we still like, just about, everything they offer❣️

I would give a negative 5 because I'm mad that I took me and my family to eat dine in at the one by Becky's shoes in Cleveland Tn . Me and family was only ones there after 30 min I went to get money back .they did not know we haven't been served . I called and complained and I never do that. I hope they get their act together.

I leave this review after several trips through the drive-thru window at the Cleveland, TN Arby's. I keep thinking it will improve but after last night I truly wonder. The food is not the big issue. The food is good most of the time. Its the service, the people talk like your bothering them....like your an inconvenience and they wish you would just leave. I do not understand anymore. Maybe it's because I was raised to respect other human beings and to treat them as you would like to be treated. Kindness, smile, a pleasant greeting....not yeah what do you want and then a huge sigh. Then The attitude alone made my husband and I literally gasp ...out loud. I think we were in shock But this isn't the first time...this is one of many, but I think one of our last. If this is our reality of service to the public...I shiver at the thought of what it will be in 5 or even 10 years down the road.

The food is good but the service is not. They're not friendly. They act like they don't want to be there. They don't always listen to special ordering (ex: no onions). The best fries there are the new crinkle fries.

Can't even get a simple order correct. One sandwich was wrong, and also ordered 2 cherry turnovers. Of course they were old, cold and only one was cherry. They need to tell you if they don't have them . I used to work in fast food and this is unacceptable customer service. Mgmt needs to care but they don't.

The beef and cheddar has gotten smaller and smaller over the years, but the price has gotten higher and higher! Also why no more curly fries???!!! Booo?
