fries was cold because the air was blowing down on them I was cold, waitress was sarcastic waited for refill on tea about 15 minutes. we told her how long we had been waiting she was sitting down and some people's table talking when she came back she said sorry you had to wait 15 minutes real sarcastic. I won't be back and I certainly won't recommend. it would have been different if they were real busy this was at 6 pm and they weren't that busy. I've been a waitress and I would never talk to my customers and act sarcastic the way she did. this was my first visit there and my last
First and foremost place was an absolute wreck! The hostess Cierra was cleaning and busting tables cause no one else would. The waitresses wouldn’t pick anything up off the tables. The manager was leaning over the bar on her phone for 25-30 minutes! She never made an attempt to help the hostess, whom was also cleaning floors from the mess the customers had made! The restaurant was NOT busy at all. So there’s zero excuse for the hostess doing the waitress job and not getting any of the tips! Therefore I not only tipped my waitress but I tipped the hostess!
The service could have been better. I feel as if I were judged by our server because I had just gotten off work and was wearing my Hardee's uniform. I had just gotten paid and my wife and I drove from ducktown Tennessee to eat here and the food was great but the server made us feel very uncomfortable. Thank you for all y'all do.
Consistently good food. Real good service. Wish they would bring back original dressing for oriental salad?
Took the kids for a mom and son lunch it was ok the kids stuff was burnt. The steak was good. It took almost a hour for food. But service was decent given it was pretty busy and only one waiter
Had to leave a message for the manager, but no call back. I asked for no pico (which is usually always on the side), but the cook put the pico inside my rollup. Couldn't pick it out, so all I ended up eating was the fries. Fries weren't cooked all the way. My husband's bbq wings that we paid $14 for had multiple pieces that were half the size of a normal wing. Save your money and order elsewhere.

The girl asked if we wouldn't mind sitting at a "high-top" table by the bar, I asked for a booth and she visibly got upset. I don't pay for my children to be around the bar. Not my style! Anyway, we waited probably 10 minutes to get drinks. She never gave us children menus and I dared asked cuz that would take forever so I just used my phone. The waitress never came back to our table for anything! No refills, no Xtra napkins(I had ribs), nothing! She sure as hell came back with the bill tho! She didn't even use a "bill folder" or "presenter". Just threw the receipt on the table. Very unpleasant! Applebee's needs to close it down. There was no level of professionalism at all. The place was dirty with a bunch of kids standing around on their phones. The mgr brought our food. What type of management is that when you have a table full of workers doing nothing but sitting in a dirty restaurant, on their phones, disregarding customers. When we left, another family left at same time and asked me if I had a bad experience. That tells you something.
Their lunch specials are hard to beat and there are 8-10 choices that include the drink. Service was very good.
Just went here and had a bad experience. First we tried to order the appetizer combo, but was told we couldn't replace the artichoke dip with the cheese dip, so we had to order another app. They were out of Caesar dressing. The appetizers came and were honestly pretty bad. Then the main course was burnt and settled for a salad that was then bad
