I see all your reviews are older. Up until this week I was satisfied with Zaxbys food and service however I am disappointed in both currently. I'm not paying extra when i ask for honeymustardinsteadof zaxby sauce. The extra for seasoning I understand. But not for sauce. That should be a choice since Zaxbys makes the honey mustard sauce. i was Charge for $10.20 on 06/14 11:45 CDT at ZAXBY'S #22301, CLARKSVILLE, TN T his is usual Charge for $9.95 on 06/06 11:49 CDT at ZAXBY'S #22301, CLARKSVI When I asked about what went up the employee said oh yes we had some items that went up (that is not an explanation) so my receipt showed I paid .20 cents extra for extra seasoning and .25 cents for honey mustard sauce instead of Zaxbys sauce. I was eating here at least 3 times a week becausechickenis just about the only thing I can eat. Friday 6/17 they wanted to charge me more $10.50 for having my order the way it shows on the menu. Employee's were listening and laughing in the background like they thought it was funny. I'm done with Zaxbys and will not be back. I can name names but I'll be nice instead because as a Christian and leader I think the whole team might need counseling before your business goes to the dogs! Signed Non Valued Customer.
I loved the food it tasted amazing! I really like the kind employees and the service was great. The dinning room just opened back up and I love the service! When we ordered they got our order ready within less then 5 minutes! The only problem about it tho is that the restaurant is not at all clean the floors had loose dirt all over them and the tables were not wiped and the bathroom sink look liked someone had slottered in it. Y'all need to be smart with the cleanness because it could definitely be improved. Everytime else is good tho.
Normally I love zaxby's, but my online order sucked!! I anticipated my order to be done once I was I there because it was a scheduled order and we were there past the time of pickup. I had to wait an extra few minutes which at the time was no big deal. I got home to realize the tenders were wrong so we went back up there to wait a few minutes while they tossed the original tenders. Normally most places won't take back food to fix it if it has already been given to customers as it's a health code violation: food needs to be over a certain temp to be considered safe and it's unsanitary (normally it's thrown out). They gave us an extra ranch and teriyaki sauce to compensate, which really didn't amount to much as we had no use for it. When we went to eat, our food was cold. Very unhappy about this one.
Drive through line extremely long and slow. The girl standing outside taking orders is so far in front of the sign you can’t read the tiny words on the menu. Had to wait until I got the window for my total since the girl taking my order said she couldn’t see it and since I was paying cash I had to go through my purse at the window instead of already knowing my total when I ordered. Food was good as it was my first time being there.
Staff was great. Chicken was pretty dry. On a corporate level wasn't a fan of the sauce.
Maybe it's time to let people back in your business.Your food is great, but you have to wait all the way around to got your order.There were people in line a LONG, time and people over at the pickup place were packed too.Then I get my stuff and I get out of the LONG line, and look in my bag. And there is french fries my drink and nothing else. So I cut line, I know the people behind me were mad, but I wasn't going to wait another 30 minutes or longerSo the young guy was very sorry and got my sandwich, wasn't his problem but he was very nice and was very helpfulThe food was hot and good so I hope he gets rewarded for all his extra hardwork.Pam Daniels.
I love going to zaxby’s but this is not worth $9 and I was highly disappointed about it. Just wanted something quick after work
Great food and the drive-thru only service is way better than others.
Change your website to reflect you are to lazy to open your dining room.Rest assured I will let everyone know and won't waste the effort to drive to your location again.Amazing
